Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i barwie oraz ornamentyce, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtworzenia. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono w ujeciu ogólnym na zalaczonych ilustracjach. Integralna czescia wzoru jest to, ze korpus garnków posiada ksztalt owalny, którego dolna i górna czesc ma nieco pomniejszone srednice w porównaniu ze srednica w jego srodkowej czesci. Ponadto na górnej czesci korpusu, uformowano dwa owalne uchwyty, które usytuowano symetrycznie wzgledem siebie. Uchwyty nie pozostaja w plaszczyznie prostopadlej do osi owego korpusu i sa nieco odchylone do góry. Górna czesc korpusu jest scieta i przechodzi lagodnie w kolnierz o nieco mniejszej srednicy, przy czym osadzono na nim wypukla pokrywke, która zwienczona jest kulistym uchwytem. Dolna czesc korpusu garnków o pomniejszonej srednicy stanowi ich podstawe o zarysie kola. Na powierzchni korpusu garnków oraz na ich pokrywie naniesiono motywy dekoracyjne. Jednym z nich sa rozmieszczone w regularnych odstepach para owoców, którymi sa jablko i gruszka. Druga zdobine stanowi drobne skupisko nieregularnych ksztaltów o ciemnym zabarwieniu. Motywy te wystepuja naprzemiennie. U podstawy wyrobu przeprowadzono cienka zielona linie. Podobna dekoracyjna linie przeprowadzono u podstawy kolnierza, na którym spoczywa pokrywa. Zielony kolor prezentuja tez kulisty uchwyt pokrywy i uszy garnka.Wszystkie dekoracje wykonane na wzorze przemyslowym naniesiono na kremowe tlo. Odmiany, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego róznia sie tym, ze wyroby przedstawiaja rózne proporcje wysokosci wyrobu w stosunku do jego srednicy, przez co uzyskano inne ksztalty poszczególnych wyrobów. The essential features of the industrial design are a new and original form of the object, manifesting itself in the shape, arrangement of lines, color, and ornamentation, suitable for multiple reproduction. The subject of the industrial design is shown in general terms in the attached illustrations. The collective illustration Fig. Z shows variations of the industrial design - front views of the containers, with the numbers of the individual illustrations corresponding to the numbers of the variations of the industrial design. Essential features of the industrial design: The industrial design is characterized by the fact that it depicts a set of cooking pots. An integral part of the design is the pot's oval-shaped body, with the lower and upper parts having slightly reduced diameters compared to the diameter of its central section. Furthermore, two oval handles are formed on the upper part of the body, positioned symmetrically. The handles do not remain in a plane perpendicular to the body's axis and are slightly inclined upward. The upper part of the body is beveled and smoothly transitions into a slightly smaller diameter collar, on which sits a convex lid, topped by a spherical handle. The lower part of the pot's body with a reduced diameter forms the base of the circular-shaped pots. Decorative motifs are applied to the surface of the pot's body and lid. One of these motifs is a pair of fruits, an apple and a pear, placed at regular intervals. The second decorative pattern consists of a small cluster of irregular, dark-toned shapes. These motifs alternate. A thin green line is drawn at the base of the product. A similar decorative line is drawn at the base of the collar on which the lid rests. The spherical lid handle and the pot handles are also green. All decorations based on the industrial design are applied to a cream background. Variations based on the industrial design differ in that the products present different proportions of the product's height in relation to its diameter, resulting in different shapes for each product. An integral part of the design is its oval body, the lower and upper parts of which have slightly reduced diameters compared to the diameter of the middle. Additionally, two oval handles are formed on the upper part of the pot body, positioned symmetrically. The pot handles do not remain perpendicular to the body's axis and are slightly tilted upward. The upper part of the body is beveled and gently transitions into a slightly smaller diameter collar, which is supported by a raised lid topped with a spherical handle. The lower part of the pot body, with its reduced diameter, forms the base of the pot, which is circular in shape. The diameter of the oval pot body is three times greater than its height. Decorative motifs are applied to the surface of the pot body and its lid. One of these motifs consists of fruits, an apple and a pear, placed at regular intervals. The other is decorated with a small cluster of irregular shapes in a dark color, alternating. A thin green line is drawn at the base of the piece. A similar decorative line is drawn at the base of the collar on which the lid rests. The green color also represents the spherical lid handle and the pot's ears.
