Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii oraz barwie oraz ornamentyce, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtworzenia. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono w ujeciu ogólnym na zalaczonych ilustracjach. Na ilustracji zbiorczej Fig. Z pokazano odmiany wzoru przemyslowego - widoki czolowe pojemników, przy czym numery poszczególnych ilustracji sa zgodne z numerami odmian wzoru przemyslowego. Wzór przemyslowy charakteryzuje sie tym, ze przedstawia zestaw pojemników kuchennych do przechowywania sypkich produktów spozywczych. Integralna czescia wzoru jest to, ze ich korpus posiada ksztalt owalnego cylindra, którego dolna czesc ma nieco pomniejszone srednice w porównaniu ze srednica w górnej jego czesci. Ponadto na górnej czesci korpusu, uformowano dwa owalne uchwyty, które usytuowano symetrycznie wzgledem siebie. Uchwyty pojemnika nie pozostaja w plaszczyznie prostopadlej do osi owego korpusu i sa nieco odchylone do góry. Górna czesc korpusu jest scieta i przechodzi lagodnie w kolnierz o nieco mniejszej srednicy, przy czym osadzono na nim uwypuklona pokrywke, która zwienczona jest kulistym uchwytem. Dolna czesc korpusu pojemników ma mniejsza srednice i stanowi ich podstawe o zarysie kola. Na powierzchni korpusu pojemników oraz na ich pokrywie naniesiono motywy dekoracyjne. Jednym z nich sa rozmieszczone w regularnych odstepach pary jablek. Druga zdobine stanowi drobne skupisko nieregularnych ksztaltów o ciemnym zabarwieniu. Motywy te wystepuja naprzemiennie. U podstawy pojemników przeprowadzono cienka granatowa linie. Podobna dekoracyjna linie przeprowadzono na obrzezu pokryw. Granatowy kolor prezentuje takze kulisty uchwyt pokryw. Wszystkie dekoracje wykonane na wzorze przemyslowym naniesiono na kremowe tlo.Odmiany, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego róznia sie tym, ze wyroby przedstawiaja rózne proporcje wysokosci wyrobu w stosunku do jego srednicy, przez co uzyskano inne ksztalty poszczególnych pojemników. The subject of the industrial design is a set of kitchen containers intended for storing loose food products. The essential features of the industrial design are a new and original form of the object, manifested in the shape and arrangement of lines, color, and ornamentation, suitable for multiple reproduction. The subject of the industrial design is shown in general terms in the attached illustrations. The collective illustration Fig. Z shows variations of the industrial design – front views of the containers, with the numbers of the individual illustrations corresponding to the numbers of the variations of the industrial design. Front views of the product are presented in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3. Essential features of the industrial design. The industrial design is characterized by the fact that it depicts a set of kitchen containers for storing loose food products. An integral part of the design is that their body is shaped like an oval cylinder, the lower part of which has a slightly reduced diameter compared to the upper part. Furthermore, two oval handles are formed on the upper part of the body, positioned symmetrically to each other. The container handles do not remain in a plane perpendicular to the axis of the body and are slightly inclined upward. The upper part of the body is beveled and smoothly transitions into a collar of slightly smaller diameter, on which sits a raised lid, topped by a spherical handle. The lower part of the container body has a smaller diameter and forms the base of the circular shape. Decorative motifs are applied to the surface of the container body and lid. One of these motifs consists of pairs of apples arranged at regular intervals. The other ornamented motif consists of a small cluster of irregular shapes in a dark color. These motifs alternate. A thin navy blue line is drawn at the base of the containers. A similar decorative line is also applied to the rim of the lids. The spherical lid handle is also navy blue. All decorations based on the industrial design are applied to a cream background. Variations of the industrial design differ in that the products present different height-to-diameter ratios, resulting in different shapes for each container.
