Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta przeznaczona do umieszczania zwlaszcza na butelkach i puszkach do napojów. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w rozmieszczeniu poszczególnych elementów graficznych, napisów, kolorach oraz kompozycji powierzchni. Po prawej stronie etykiety prostopadle do napisu „energy drink" zamieszczone sa informacje dotyczace objetosci, skladu, przeznaczenia, wartosci odzywczych oraz producenta napoju. Tekst informacji zapisany jest czcionka koloru bialego. Pod informacja znajduje sie bialy kwadrat, jak pokazano na zalaczonej ilustracji fig.1. Nad dolna krawedzia etykiety, z lewej strony plomienia znajduje sie informacja o zawartosci kofeiny. W srodkowej czesci etykiety wewnatrz plomienia zamieszczona jest informacja dotyczaca wartosci odzywczych napoju. Informacja jest umieszczona prostopadle wzgledem napisów „energy" i „drink". Pod informacja dotyczaca wartosci odzywczych znajduje sie informacja o objetosci napoju umieszczona prostopadle wzgledem informacji o wartosciach odzywczych. Z prawej strony plomienia na ciemnoniebieskim tle znajduje sie napis „poczuj moc". Napis wykonany jest czcionka koloru bialego. Prostopadle do napisu „poczuj moc" równiez na ciemnoniebieskim tle znajduje sie informacja o napoju, jego skladzie oraz o producencie napoju. Tekst informacji zapisany jest czcionka koloru bialego. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in the arrangement of individual graphic elements, inscriptions, colors, and surface composition. The industrial design is presented in the attached illustrations, in which: Fig. 1 shows the first version of the label; Fig. 2 shows the second version of the label; Fig. 3 shows the third version of the label. Essential features of the industrial design: The label, according to the design, is a dark blue rectangle. In the central part, there is a decorative motif imitating a red flame with a yellow outline. Above the lower edge of the label, inside the flame, is the red inscription "ORLEN" on a white rectangle, and above it is the fanciful white inscription "TEAM." At the top of the label, to the right of the flame, is the word "energy drink" written in cursive white letters. Above the word "energy drink" is a white note about the caffeine content. On the right side of the label, perpendicular to the word "energy drink," is information regarding the volume, composition, intended use, nutritional value, and manufacturer of the drink. The information text is written in white font. Below the information is a white square, as shown in the attached illustration (Fig. 1). The label, according to the template, is a dark blue rectangle. In the central part, there is a decorative motif imitating a red flame with a yellow outline. Inside the flame, on the left, is the white lettering "ORLEN" on a red rectangle, and above it is the fancy dark blue lettering "team." The words "ORLEN" and "team" are placed diagonally in relation to the rectangle. Above the white rectangle is the word "energy" written in small white font, and below the rectangle is the word "drink." Above the lower edge of the label, to the left of the flame, is information about the caffeine content. In the middle of the label, inside the flame, is information about the drink's nutritional value. This information is placed perpendicular to the words "energy" and "drink." Below the nutritional value information is information about the drink's volume, placed perpendicular to the nutritional information. To the right of the flame, on a dark blue background, is the word "feel the power." The text is written in white font. Perpendicular to the inscription "feel the power", also on a dark blue background, there is information about the drink, its ingredients, and the manufacturer. The information text is written in white font. Below the information is a white square, as shown in the attached illustration, Fig. 2. The label, according to the template, is a dark blue rectangle. On the left side, above the lower edge, there is a stylized fuel filler cap, partially overlapping the edge. From the filler cap, irregular shapes imitating flames with a yellow outline extend upwards. To the left of the flame, there is a white inscription "ORLEN" on a red rectangle, and above it is a fanciful dark blue inscription "team." The inscriptions "ORLEN" and "team" are placed diagonally in relation to the rectangle. Above the white rectangle there is the word "energy" written in lowercase white letters, and below the rectangle there is the word "drink". Below the words "ORLEN team" and "energy drink" there is white information about the caffeine content. On the right side of the label, perpendicular to the word "energy drink", partially overlapping the elements imitating flames, there is information about the volume, composition, purpose, nutritional value and manufacturer of the drink.
