The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the product, possessing an individual, original character, given to it by color and graphic features, lettering, layout, and text arrangement. The aesthetic effect is provided by the characteristic color scheme, original text arrangement, graphic layout, and lettering. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached photographs from a general view, in which: Fig. 1 shows the label for a product intended for cleaning balconies, terraces, and garden furniture. Fig. 2 illustrates the label for an interior perfume package. The packaging label according to the industrial design is characterized by its shape of a horizontal, elongated rectangle with a clear three-part graphic, lettering, and text division. The central, dominant, middle part of the label has a multi-colored spot on which is placed a single-colored square with an inscription at the top consisting of the words: Perfect House, with the letter "R" circled in it, which is the applicant's registered trademark No. R 282926 in the Polish Patent Office. Below the words "Perfect House," written in medium-sized font, are inscriptions in various sizes in white block letters, providing the name, type and intended use of the product, and the capacity of the package contents. On the left and right sides of the central, dominant, middle part of the label, there is information in several languages about the product and its manufacturer, as well as the product's composition, directions for use, expiration date, and necessary precautions. The informational text is in small black and occasionally colored font on a light background, also within frames. Various graphic elements are placed between the informational text in these parts of the label. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The industrial design shown in Figure 1 features a dark green square in the central, dominant, middle part of the label in the shape of a horizontally elongated rectangle, against a multicolored background, predominantly blue and various shades of green with a green leaf of an ornamental plant. At the top of the square is an inscription in medium-sized, white block letters, consisting of the words: Perfect House with the letter R in a circle, constituting the applicant's registered word trademark No. R 282926 in the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland. Beneath the Perfect House inscription is text in English in smaller, white block letters, comprising three lines: professional cleaner for balconies, decks, and garden furniture removes dirt, dust, and dried stains. Beneath the text, halfway in a dark green, shaded square, is an inscription also in English, consisting of large, capital letters spelling out the word CHILLOUT, the product name. The first four letters, "CHILL," are in white, while the remaining three, "OUT," are in light green. Beneath the English product name is three lines of text in smaller, white block letters in Polish: professional cleaner for balconies, decks, and garden furniture removes dirt, dust, and dried stains. At the bottom of the square, in the right corner, the container capacity is indicated in medium-sized, white block letters. On the left side of the central, dominant, middle section of the label, extensive information about the product contained in the package is provided in several languages, including its composition, directions for use, precautions, and expiration date. Below the information text is a barcode with an ornamental plant leaf in the upper left corner, along with full manufacturer information, a caution symbol, product origin, and package capacity. On the right side of the central, dominant, middle section of the label, advertising and information text is placed in Polish, providing more information about the benefits of using the product. The advertising and information text is printed in small, black and partially light green font on a white and green background. Between the text are hand-drawn drawings imitating a floor plan and utility equipment. Figure 2 shows a variation of the industrial design characterized by a different color range and graphic layout of the label. In the second variation, the label based on the industrial design, in the shape of a horizontally elongated rectangle, has a bright red square in its central, dominant part, against a background of various colors, predominantly red and purple, with an irregular spot. At the top of the bright red square is the inscription: Perfect House, with the letter R circled, in white, medium-sized font. The inscription "Perfect House" is a registered trademark of the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland under number R 282926, held by the applicant. Below this inscription is a two-line text in English in a smaller white font: "Perfumed air freshener makes your interior fresh and stylish." Below this is the product name in large, capitalized white font: "PERFUME." Below the product name is a three-line text in Polish in smaller, white font: "Interior perfumes impart an elegant, sophisticated scent to interiors and fabrics." At the bottom of the light red square in the right corner is a number indicating the package capacity. To the left of the central, central, and dominant part of the label is extensive information about the product contained within the package and its manufacturer in several languages.
