Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac kratki odciagajacej powietrze, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia kratke odciagajaca powietrze w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2- kratke w widoku z przodu, fig. 3- kratke w widoku z tylu, fig. 4- kratke w widoku z boku, fig. 5- kratke w widoku z drugiego boku, fig. 6- kratke w widoku z góry, a fig. 7- kratke w widoku z dolu. Kratka odciagajaca powietrze wedlug wzoru charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma ksztalt czworosciennej bryly o trzech scianach plaskich, z których jedna ma ksztalt prostokatny, a dwiepozostale plaskie sciany maja ksztalt trapezu równoramiennego z zaokraglonymi ramionami, i o jednej scianie wypuklej, która to sciana wypukla jest utworzona przez dwie czesci sciany o zarysie cylindrycznym, polaczone prostokatna plaska czescia sciany, przy czym na scianie wypuklej sa widoczne cztery ulozone jedno nad drugim podluzne pola o zaokraglonych zakonczeniach, zachodzacych w obszar dwóch czesci sciany 0 zarysie cylindrycznym, a na przeciwleglej plaskiej scianie prostokatnej jest widoczne centralne pole prostokatne przedzielone linia srodkowa wzdluz dlugosci sciany 1 zawierajace obwiedzione pole w ksztalcie czesciowo kolistym, podzielone pasem srodkowym na dwie równe czesci, które sa przedzielone symetrycznie równoleglymi liniami poprzecznymi, zas na zewnatrz centralnego pola prostokatnego sa widoczne liczne pola koliste, prostokatne, eliptyczne i o ksztalcie zlozonym. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the air extraction grille in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the grille in a front view, fig. 3 - the grille in a back view, fig. 4 - the grille in a side view, fig. 5 - the grille in a view from the other side, fig. 6 - the grille in a top view, and fig. 7 - the grille in a bottom view. The air extraction grille according to the model is characterized in that it has the shape of a tetrahedral solid with three flat walls, one of which is rectangular and the other two flat walls are in the shape of an isosceles trapezoid with rounded legs, and one convex wall, the convex wall being formed by two parts of a wall with a cylindrical outline, connected by a rectangular flat part of the wall, wherein on the convex wall there are visible four elongated fields arranged one above the other with rounded ends, overlapping the area of the two parts of the wall with a cylindrical outline, and on the opposite flat rectangular wall there is visible a central rectangular field divided by a center line along the length of wall 1 containing a circumscribed field in a partially circular shape, divided by a strip in the middle into two equal parts, which are divided symmetrically by parallel transverse lines, while outside the central rectangular field there are numerous circular, rectangular, elliptical and complex-shaped fields.
