Description

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest ogranicznik skretu kierowanych kól pojazdów ciagnietych, zwlaszcza naczep przy zachowaniu mozliwosci zwiekszania kata skretu ciagnika wzgledem naczepy.Mechanizmy stosowane obecnie dzialaja na za¬ sadzie sprzegla przeciazeniowego, rozlaczajac po¬ laczenie mechanizmu przekazujacego skret po prze¬ kroczeniu pewnej sily.Sa one trudne do wykonania a poprawne ich dzialanie zalezy przede wszystkim od precyzji wy¬ konania. Nawet niewielkie bledy wykonawcze po¬ woduja zacinanie sie mechanizmów podczas wy¬ laczania skretu i jego ponownego samoczynnego wlaczania.Celem wynalazku jest zastapienie obecnie stoso¬ wanych mechanizmów ograniczajacych skret, me¬ chanizmem prostszym, którego niezawodnosc dzia¬ lania nie bedzie zalezala w tak duzym stopniu od precyzji wykonania.Osiagniecie zamierzonego celu uzyskuje sie za pomoca krzywki, obracajacej sie pod wplywem skretu, a uksztaltowanej tak, ze wymuszony jej obrotem ruch orczyka i polaczonych z nim ele¬ mentów przekazujacych skret na kola naczepy, bedzie zachodzil tylko w zakresie powodujacym skret kól o kat dopuszczalny dla ukladu kierow¬ niczego naczepy. PLThe subject of the invention is the steering limiter of the steered wheels of towed vehicles, especially semi-trailers, while maintaining the possibility of increasing the steering angle of the tractor in relation to the semi-trailer. The mechanisms currently used operate on the principle of an overload clutch, disengaging the connection of the steering transmission mechanism after crossing a certain force. to be performed, and their correct operation depends primarily on the precision of their execution. Even small errors in the implementation cause jamming of the mechanisms when disengaging the turn and its automatic re-engagement. The aim of the invention is to replace the currently used turn limiting mechanisms with a simpler one, the reliability of which will not depend to such a large extent. The achievement of the intended target is achieved by means of a cam, rotating under the influence of a turn, shaped in such a way that forced by its rotation, the movement of the drag bar and the elements connected with it transmitting the turn to the wheels of the semi-trailer will take place only in the scope causing the turn of the wheels the angle permitted for the steering system of the semi-trailer. Further turning of the tractor, and at the same time further rotation of the cam will not cause the movement of the towing bar and the elements connected with it transmitting the turn to the wheels of the trailer, and thus the turning of these wheels. The subject matter of the invention is illustrated by an exemplary embodiment in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the stop mechanism in a horizontal section along the line B-B marked in Fig. 2, Fig. 2 shows the stop mechanism in a vertical section along the line A-A marked in Fig. 1 and Fig. 3 - the limiter mechanism in a horizontal section as for Fig. 1, but after the tractor truck exceeds the turning angle allowed for the wheels of the semi-trailer. The limiter "turning" consists of a cam 1 with tracks 2 and 3 mounted on the pin of the trailer 4 and the bar 5 mounted on the pin of the bar 6, with the rollers 7 mounted on the pins of the rollers. 8. The rollers 7 are in contact with the raceways 2 or 3 depending on the momentary position of the cam 1 in its rotation on the hitch pin 4. Cam 1 has a disc on the bottom with a driver with which the tractor's turn is transmitted to the cam. Driveway 2 is part of the cam track 1, which causes the turning of the wheels of the semi-trailer. the cam track 1, which does not turn the wheels of the semi-trailer, but keeps them in the greatest turning angle. The hitch pin 4 is the part that connects the tractor with the semi-trailer, on which also the cam 1 is rotatably mounted. The bar 5 is a part that mechanically binds the hydraulic cylinders or the tie rods, that is the elements transmitting the turn to the wheels of the semi-trailer. The rollers 7 are rolling elements located at the ends of the bar 5, rolling on 110 470110 470 raceways 2 and 3 of the cam 1 and mechanically connecting the cam 1 with the t-bar 5. When the tractor is turned with the semi-trailer, its saddle is turned on the hitch pin 4 and this the rotation of the cam 1 and the bar 5, the movement of which takes place as a result of the rolling of the rollers 7 on the raceways 2 of the cam 1. From the bar 5, hydraulic actuators or a rod transmit the turn to the wheels of the trailer. As soon as the rollers 7, due to the rotation of the cam 1, are on its tracks 3, the bar 5 will stop in its extreme position, i.e. the turn of the wheels is also stopped in its extreme position, with the possibility of further turning of the tractor. During the return of the tractor-semi-trailer set for straight-ahead driving, the rotation of the tow bar and thus the turn of the semi-trailer wheels is restarted when the rollers 7 moves from the track 3 to the track 2 of the cams 1.
