Moga to byc wieczka opakowan do takich produktów jak serki, jogurty, desery, tluszcze jadane, konserwy, napoje, pTzyprawy, pólprodukty zywnosciowe, wyroby garmazeryjne i wiele innych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa, wyrózniajaca sie indywidualnych charakterem postac wytworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture. Wieczko opakowania, zwlaszcza produktów spozywczych jest wykonane z folii metalowej lub z folii z tworzyw sztucznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l - przedstawia wieczko opakowania w widoku z góry. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zaprezentowany równiez na zalaczonej fotografii, flg.2 - prezentujacej wieczko opakowania w widoku perspektywicznym.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, zaprezentowanego na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 1 i na fotografii, fig. 2 - nalezy zaliczyc, ze wieczko 1 ma zarys figury przypominajacej w swej formie scieta mniej wiecej posrodku elipse o zaokraglonych obrzezach od strony sciecia. These may include packaging lids for products such as cheeses, yogurts, desserts, edible fats, canned goods, beverages, spices, semi-finished food products, delicatessen products, and many others. The essence of the design is a new, distinctive form of the product, given to it by the features of lines, contours, shapes, and structure. The packaging lid, particularly for food products, is made of metal foil or plastic foil. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the packaging lid from above. The design subject is also presented in the attached photograph, fig. 2, which shows the packaging lid in a perspective view. Significant features of the industrial design Significant features of the industrial design presented in the attached drawing, fig. 1, and in the photograph, fig. 2, include that lid 1 has an outline resembling an ellipse, truncated approximately in the center, with rounded edges on the beveled side. On the opposite side of the truncated edge 2, the surface of lid 1 is elongated. The elongated part resembles a tongue 3. Around the rim of the lid there is a rim 4 with an inner wall 5 inclined diagonally, creating a recess 6 inside the lid 1.
