W odniesieniu do znanych wieczek zgrzewalnych, nowosc i indywidualny charakter postaci wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w strukturze i ornamentacji powierzchni wieczka a takze w cechach jego linii i konturów oraz charakterystycznym ksztalcie. Compared to known heat-sealable lids, the novelty and individual character of the industrial design are manifested in the structure and ornamentation of the lid's surface, as well as in the features of its lines and contours, and its characteristic shape. The heat-sealable lid, according to the industrial design, has a shape similar to an irregular quadrilateral with rounded tops, with either one side bulging in an arc, or one side consisting of two straight lines forming a figure similar to a triangle, or one side bulging in an arc and the tops of the opposite side being rounded, with one of them having a shape similar to an arc. The rim of the lid is knurled with irregular double-sided recesses, forming a frame around the circumference of the lid, surrounding the uniformly smooth inner surface of the lid, or the lid surface has knurled irregular double-sided recesses, forming an internal quadrilateral frame around the uniformly smooth surface of the lid. Knurled, irregular, double-sided recesses may also be located on the perimeter of the lid and on the surface of the arc-shaped bulge of one of the sides, or on the perimeter of the lid and on the surface of a triangle formed by two straight lines on one of the sides of the lid, forming an internal quadrilateral frame around the uniformly smooth inner surface of the lid, or on the surface formed by the arc-shaped bulge of one of the sides and on the surface of the lid, in which one vertex on the other side has a shape similar to an arc, forming an internal quadrilateral frame around the uniformly smooth inner surface of the lid. The heat-sealable lid according to the industrial design is preferably made of aluminum foil. The industrial design includes varieties presented below in the list of varieties of the industrial design: 1. a heat-sealable lid in the form similar to an irregular quadrilateral with rounded tops, wherein one of the sides is arched in a bulging manner and the rim of the lid is knurled into irregular double-sided recesses, forming a frame around the circumference of the lid, surrounding the internal, uniformly smooth surface of the lid; 2. a heat-sealable lid in the form similar to an irregular quadrilateral with rounded tops, wherein one of the sides is arched in a bulging manner and the surface of the lid has knurled irregular double-sided recesses, forming an internal quadrilateral frame around the uniformly smooth surface of the lid; 3. a heat-sealable lid in the form resembling an irregular quadrilateral with rounded tops, wherein one of the sides is arcuately bulged, and knurled irregular double-sided recesses are placed on the circumference of the lid and on the surface of the arcuate bulge of one of the sides, forming an internal quadrilateral frame around the uniformly smooth inner surface of the lid; 4. a heat-sealable lid in the form resembling an irregular quadrilateral with rounded tops, wherein one of the sides is two straight lines forming a figure resembling a triangle, and the rim of the lid is knurled into irregular double-sided recesses, forming a frame around the circumference of the lid, encircling the internal, uniformly smooth surface of the lid; 5. a heat-sealable lid in the form resembling an irregular quadrilateral with rounded tops, wherein one of the sides is composed of two straight lines forming a figure resembling a triangle, and on the surface of the lid there are knurled irregular double-sided recesses, forming an internal quadrilateral frame around the uniformly smooth surface of the lid; 6. a heat-sealable lid in the form resembling an irregular quadrilateral with rounded tops, wherein one of the sides is composed of two straight lines forming a figure resembling a triangle, and the knurled irregular double-sided recesses are located on the circumference of the lid and on the surface formed by two straight lines of one of the sides forming a figure resembling a triangle, forming an internal quadrilateral frame around the uniformly smooth inner surface of the lid; 7. a heat-sealable lid in the form resembling an irregular quadrilateral, in which one of the sides is arched and the vertices of the opposite side are rounded, one of them has a shape resembling an arc, and the rim of the lid is knurled into irregular double-sided recesses, forming a frame around the circumference of the lid, surrounding the uniformly smooth inner surface of the lid; 8. a heat-sealable lid in the form resembling an irregular quadrilateral, in which one of the sides is arched and the vertices of the opposite side are rounded, one of them has a shape resembling an arc, and the surface of the lid has knurled irregular double-sided recesses, forming an internal quadrilateral frame around the uniformly smooth inner surface of the lid; 9. a heat-sealable lid in the form resembling an irregular quadrilateral, in which one of the sides is arched and the tops of the opposite side are rounded, one of them having a shape resembling an arc, and knurled, irregular, double-sided recesses, forming an internal quadrilateral frame around the uniformly smooth inner surface of the lid, are located on the circumference of the lid and on the surfaces formed by one of the arched and bulging sides and the other side, in which the tops are rounded, one of which has a shape resembling an arc. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached schematic drawing, in which Fig. 1 - Fig. 9 show variations of the heat-sealable lid. The essential features of the industrial design are that the heat-sealable lid is shaped like an irregular quadrilateral with rounded tops, in which one side is arched and the rim of the lid is knurled into irregular, double-sided recesses, forming a frame around the perimeter of the lid, enclosing the uniformly smooth inner surface. In the first variant of the heat-sealable lid, shaped like an irregular quadrilateral with rounded tops, in which one side is arched and bulged, the lid surface is knurled into irregular, double-sided recesses, forming an internal, quadrilateral frame around the uniformly smooth lid surface; In the second variant of the heat-sealable lid, in the form resembling an irregular quadrilateral with rounded tops, in which one side is arched, irregular, double-sided recesses are knurled on the perimeter of the lid and on the surface of the arched bulge of one of the sides, creating an internal quadrilateral frame around the uniformly smooth inner surface of the lid. In the other variant of the heat-sealable lid, in the form resembling an irregular quadrilateral with rounded tops, in which one of the sides is composed of two straight lines forming a figure similar to a triangle, the rim of the lid is knurled into irregular, double-sided recesses, forming a frame around the perimeter of the lid, encircling the internal, uniformly smooth surface of the lid; In the first variant of the heat-sealable lid in the form resembling an irregular quadrilateral with rounded tops, in which one of the sides is composed of two straight lines forming a figure resembling a triangle, the surface of the lid has knurled irregular double-sided recesses, forming an internal quadrilateral frame around the uniformly smooth surface of the lid; In the second variant of the heat-sealable lid in the form resembling an irregular quadrilateral with rounded tops, in which one of the sides is composed of two straight lines forming a figure resembling a triangle, the knurled irregular double-sided recesses are placed on the circumference of the lid and on the surface formed by two straight lines of one of the sides forming a figure resembling a triangle, constituting an internal quadrilateral frame around the uniformly smooth internal surface of the lid. In another variant of the heat-sealable lid, in the form resembling an irregular quadrilateral, in which one side is arched and the vertices of the opposite side are rounded, with one of them having a shape similar to an arc, the lid rim is knurled into irregular, double-sided recesses, forming a frame around the perimeter of the lid, encircling the internal, uniformly smooth surface of the lid. In the first variant of the heat-sealable lid, in the form resembling an irregular quadrilateral, in which one side is arched and the vertices of the opposite side are rounded, with one of them having a shape similar to an arc, the lid surface has knurled, irregular, double-sided recesses, forming an internal, quadrilateral frame around the uniformly smooth surface of the lid. In the second variant of the heat-sealable lid in the form resembling an irregular quadrilateral, in which one of the sides is arched and the vertices of the opposite side are rounded, one of them has a shape resembling an arc, knurled irregular double-sided recesses, forming an internal quadrilateral frame around the uniformly smooth internal surface of the lid, are placed on the circumference of the lid and on the surfaces formed by one of the arched and bulging sides and the other side, in which the vertices are rounded, one of which has a shape resembling an arc.
