Pojemnik z wieczkiem na produkty spozywcze Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik z wieczkiem, na produkty spozywcze, stosowany powszechnie jako opakowanie na róznego rodzaju salatki, ryby, przetwory miesne i mleczarskie. Pojemnik wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 pojemnik w widoku z góry, fig. 3 przedstawia wieczko pojemnika w widoku perspektywicznym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, odniesieniu do znanych pojemników tego typu, przejawiaja sie w ksztalcie, zarówno w odniesieniu do pojemnika jak i stosowanego do niego wieczka, pojemnik ma ksztalt wydrazonej bryly przestrzennej w ksztalcie prostokata, w której podstawa dolna jest lukowo wygieta do srodka pojemnika, przy czym boki krótsze sa plaskie, tworzac stopki pojemnika. Dodatkowo narozniki pojemnika maja charakterystyczne, w ksztalcie czesci stozka wglebienia. Wieczko stanowiace zamkniecie pojemnika ma ksztalt prostokata, w którym plaszczyzna górna jest lukowo wygieta, przy czym luk wygiecia ma promien taki sam jak podstawa dolna pojemnika, Dodatkowo plaszczyzna górna ma na obwodzie ustep w ksztalcie odwróconej litery „L", na plaszczyznie bocznej , pionowej, ustepu umieszczone sa charakterystyczne wystepy umozliwiajace zatrzaskowe zamkniecie pojemnika.Fig. Fig. 2 Fig. 3 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a container with a lid for food products, commonly used as packaging for various salads, fish, meat, and dairy products. The container according to the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the container in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the container in a top view, and Fig. 3 shows the container's lid in a perspective view. The essential features of the industrial design, in relation to known containers of this type, are manifest in the shape, both of the container and the lid used for it. The container has the shape of a hollow rectangular solid, in which the lower base is arcuately bent towards the container's center, with the shorter sides being flat, forming the container's feet. Additionally, the container's corners have characteristic, cone-shaped recesses. The lid that closes the container has a rectangular shape, in which the upper surface is bent into an arc, the radius of which is the same as the lower base of the container. Additionally, the upper surface has a recess in the shape of an inverted "L" on its circumference, and on the lateral, vertical surface of the recess there are characteristic protrusions enabling the container to be closed with a snap.
