Pojemnik z pokrywka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik z pokrywka zwlaszcza na produkty spozywcze, stosowany powszechnie jako opakowanie na róznego rodzaju salatki, ryby i inne przetwory spozywcze. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia pojemnik z pokrywka w widoku z boku, fig. 2 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku z góry bez pokrywki i fig. 3 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku od spodu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego przejawiaja sie w ksztalcie, przy czym ksztalt wzoru w odniesieniu do znanych tego typu pojemników, przejawia sie w tym, ze powierzchnia boczna utworzona jest z szeregu pionowych plaszczyzn, które w czesci górnej przechodza w pierscien walcowy, a w czesci dolnej przechodza bezposrednio w dno pojemnika. The subject of the industrial design is a container with a lid, particularly for food products, commonly used as packaging for various salads, fish, and other food preparations. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the container with a lid in a side view, Fig. 2 shows the container in a top view without the lid, and Fig. 3 shows the container in a bottom view. The essential features of the industrial design are manifest in the shape, where the shape of the design, in relation to known containers of this type, is manifest in the fact that the side surface is formed by a series of vertical planes, which in the upper part merge into a cylindrical ring, and in the lower part merge directly into the bottom of the container.
