Poligraf. UP PRL. Naklad 120 egz.Cena 45 zl PLThe subject of the invention is a method of manufacturing plastic items by high frequency welding, especially items made of polyvinyl chloride foil without a fibrous carrier or with a carrier, such as containers, suitcases, briefcases, bags and the like. also a device for the production of plastic foil objects that are overlapped with flat, wide seams by means of high-frequency welding, which enables the simultaneous execution of at least two seams while maintaining the proper strength of each seam. Known methods of producing foil and plastic objects with flat loops by means of welding with high frequency currents, they consist in overlapping the edges of the foil and welding them in a linear, spot or surface manner, as a result of which a single-track seam is obtained, usually with a spot or continuous trace. Known from the Polish patent description No. 49204sp of people welding plastic films with high frequency currents, it consists in the cyclic welding of the film with sections between two electrodes with loosened shapes, embedded in the form of tags and made a progressive movement during welding, while in order to maintain a continuous weld line, the length of the edge of the welding electrodes is equal to the length of the path taken by these electrodes in a forward motion. During welding by known methods, usually the material is pressed out of the electrode, which weakens the seam and reduces the breaking strength. The point or line seat left by the edge of the welding electrode on the foil is often the place where the material tears during use, and in any case the seam is the site of a significant reduction in the strength of the foil. The method of producing plastic items, especially items made of polyvinyl chloride foil according to the invention high-frequency welding is based on the fact that the layers of materials to be welded are placed on an overlap on a base which at the same time constitutes one active electrode, and overlaps the intermediate electrode on which it also places an overlap, the other layer of materials to be welded and pressed against the electrode the second active electrode, and at the same time both pressed layers of materials are welded. The device for the production of plastic items, especially items made of polyvinyl chloride foil by means of high-frequency welding It can be made of two welding electrodes and an intermediate electrode simultaneously fulfilling the role of a fork and a form that bends the rim of the foil strip, which simultaneously presses the foHi belt against the plate. The intermediate electrode, which is also a normal fork, preferably consists of several pieces of material. 3 112 310 4 electrically conductive or made of a dielectric material covered with a metal coating. Outer electrodes consist of sheets of metal sheets provided with welding lugs and cutouts with the width of the protrusions, where adjacent blinks in the bundle have distances shifted by half apart from each other. which protrusions in one sheet cover the cuts in the adjacent sheet, which in the imprint on the welded surface gives a lattice image. Such shape of the electrode surface allows to obtain a flat, wide seam with high tear strength, permanently connecting both layers of the foil. top view mu u \ -Lkj ki.ii i uo (mex) - a squared checkerboard with shifted squares in relation to each other, which forms the places of welds in the seam, and the convexities resulting from the squeezing of the plastic during welding form the bars of this lattice. during welding, it does not go beyond the area of the electrode, but is pressed into the free spaces and forms thickenings evenly distributed over the entire surface of the seam, so that the seam does not contain weakened solid lines or weld surfaces, which in the use of objects cause the foil to tear. The invention is explained on the example of the embodiment shown in the drawing in which Fig. 1 shows, in a vertical section, a set of device elements prepared for welding, Fig. 2 - a fragment of an electrode package, Fig. 3 - electrode sheet, Fig. 4 - an impression of the working surface of the electrode , fig. 5 - longitudinal section through the seam, fig. 6 - the way of laying br The device according to the invention consists of two equally active electrodes 1 and 2, with a regular electrode being at the same time an intermediate electrode between active electrodes 1 and 2, consisting of parts 3,4,5, phi 7 They are made of dielectric material and covered with a metal layer 8, and of two shapes 9 bending the periphery of the foil strip on the board and supporting the strip closed. The device operates as follows. Belt 10! O I ii, which is to constitute the central part of a product, for example a travel bag, provided in the middle with a zipper 11 in the closed state, is wrapped around a fork, and then this belt 10 is overlaid by a profile 9, which is pressed by the belt 10 to boards and its edges are bent. Then, he places sheets12 of foil on the board, constituting the side walls of the bag made, and these sheets are arranged so that their edges cover the edges of the foil of the strip 10, with one edge of each sheet lying completely under the active electrode. Such arranged rims are clamped with electrodes 1 and 2 by move them in the directions indicated by the arrows in Fig. 1 and weld them together. After welding, the shapes 9 are removed, the electrodes 1 are moved away and the lightning fastener 11 is opened, and the parts are removed from the bag made. During welding, the bar which is also an intermediate electrode causes a capacitive connection between the active electrodes 1 and 2, and the seam formed by These electrodes are flat and relatively wide, and at the same time durable and aesthetic. Each active electrode 1 and 2 consists of packages 13 provided on the working side with protrusions 14 and cutouts 15. The protrusions of 14 consecutive adjacent sheets in the package are distorted due to the distal divisions t where the protrusion of one plate hits the center of the cut 15 of the adjacent plate. The seam made of such an electrode consists of pits 14 formed by the projections 14 of the active electrode and of reliefs 17 formed in the form of thickened material by cuts 15 in the welding electrode. The appearance of the welding surface of the electrode is illustrated in Fig. 4, where the dark areas represent the protrusions and the white areas represent the protrusions and the white cuts in the electrode sheets, Fig. 5 shows a cross section through the seam. As you can see, the places of the welds do not connect the row and are evenly distributed over the entire surface to be welded. Such a design of the seam prevents the occurrence of gaps in the material and prevents the material from tearing during use. The outer edge of the foil to be sealed is slightly recessed in relation to the edge of the welding electrode, as shown in Fig. 6, so that after welding there are no spills and no traces of joining the edge of the foil. In the same way, the foil is welded to the fiber carrier, in which case the fabric is between the sealed foils and is pressed into the material with the protrusions of the electrode, and its edge is covered with a plasticized material squeezed out of the welded places and becomes invisible. Two or more welds are made simultaneously thanks to the rule, which in the welding process plays the role of an intermediate electrode, causing capacitive connection. The boards can be made as one whole or divided, depending on the type of product, they can be made of metal or non-metal, but then they must be metallized. Electrode design according to the invention, i.e. the number of sheets in the package, their thickness, shape of the welding projections, positioning of the sheets and other dimensions depend on the intended use of the electrode, the type of material to be welded, its thickness and other technical or technological requirements.
