The soup label according to the industrial design is illustrated in six variations in the attached illustration, in which: Fig. 1 - shows the first label variation, Fig. 2 - shows the second label variation, Fig. 3 - shows the third label variation, Fig. 4 - shows the fourth label variation, Fig. 5 - shows the fifth label variation, Fig. 6 - shows the sixth label variation. List of variations of the soup label according to the industrial design: a) variation 1 - shown in figure 1, marked with the name "Pea Soup", b) variation 2 - shown in figure 2, marked with the name "Vegetable Soup", c) variation 3 - shown in figure 3, marked with the name "Cucumber Soup", d) variation 4 - shown in figure 4, marked with the name "Mushroom Soup", e) variation 5 - shown in figure 5, marked with the name "Tomato Soup with Rice", f) variation 6 - shown in figure 6, marked with the name "Zurek Domowy". Essential features of the industrial design: graphic layout and colours of the label as a whole with a two-colour background, with centrally placed inscriptions with an original composition and typeface and with pictorial elements and a word-figurative element; the label's colour division into two parts: the upper and middle part in red and red-brown colours and the lower part in green, with the background colours having locally varying saturation; a common marking in the upper part of the label, constituting the well-known "ŁOWICZ" logo placed against the background of a central red rectangle between vertical brown stripes with a red tint, with the red colour of the rectangle gradually intensifying towards the bottom, and the brown colour with a red tint of the vertical stripes being gradationally lighter - so that the shade and saturation of the colours of the initially different coloured planes become equal, transforming into a uniform dark red, which is the background of the inscription below; the inscription "ZUPA" (Soup) in the first to fifth variants of the red rectangle with the "ŁOWICZ" logo, and in the sixth variant the inscription "ZUREK", with a width slightly greater than the width of the rectangle, with a common, characteristic graphic design and font, in which all the letters are capital (the first letter slightly larger towards the top), with an original, bold and right-leaning font, white and highlighted by contours, bold towards the bottom right and fragmentary bands superimposed on the letters on their right side and in the lower parts, which are aligned with the edges of the letters, and the contours and bands emphasizing the letters are green, with the saturation of the green colour gradually increasing towards the bottom to dark green, which gives the impression of a three-dimensional inscription and its illumination from above; in all label variants, below the inscription "ZUPA" / "ZUREK", there is a panel convex upwards with a colored background, brightened in the central part, with an incorporated inscription in a color contrasting in color and/or intensity with the background of the panel and highlighted with fragmentary, dark contours placed to the right of the letters and downwards, which overall creates an optical effect of spatiality of this element and illuminating it in the central part, and so: in the first variant - a panel in yellow changing into yellow-brown, incorporated inscription "Prochowa" in brown, fragmentary outlines of the letters dark brown, in the second variant - a panel in yellow changing into light yellow-green, incorporated inscription "Jarzyna" in green, fragmentary outlines of the letters dark green, in the the third one - a green panel changing into dark green, with an incorporated inscription "Ogórkowa" in white, fragmentary outlines of the letters in a very dark green, the fourth one - a light beige panel changing into beige, with an incorporated inscription "Pieczarkowa" in brown, fragmentary outlines of the letters in dark brown, the fifth one - a red panel changing into red-brown, with an incorporated inscription "Tomidorowa" in white, fragmentary outlines of the letters in red-brown, in this one there is an additional white inscription "z ryzem" under the panel, in the sixth one - a beige panel changing into yellow-brown, with an incorporated inscription "Domowy" in white, fragmentary outlines of the letters in dark brown; a drawing of vegetables (also mushrooms in the fourth variant of the design) decorated with greenery, illustrating the ingredients of the soup marked with a given variant of the label according to the design, placed in the background of a white tureen with steaming soup, in which large pieces of vegetables (also mushrooms in the fourth variant of the design), pieces of meat and greenery are floating, and which is decorated with green leaves on the left side, in which a silver spoon is partially, diagonally immersed in the soup on the right side, suggesting the gesture of scooping the soup for consumption; the lower, green part of the label, common to all varieties, with the green colour gradually deepening towards the edges to dark green, with two green leaves (bay) in the middle, which are partially superimposed on a white soup tureen, and a white, two-level inscription "LARGE PIECES OF VEGETABLES" (above) and "No preservatives" (below); the colors, graphics and layout of the inscriptions of the common "WYSTRCZY PODGRZEAC" (ENOUGH HEATING) marking located on the right side of the lower part of the label (on the border of the green background and the soup tureen, with a fragment superimposed on the white background of the tureen) - a circle with a green background and a white border, in which a centrally integrated drawing of a gray-silver pot with a lid, heated from the bottom by a red flame, is placed, and the words "WYSTRCZY" (ENOUGH HEATING) are written in a circle in white: "WYSTRCZY" (ENOUGH HEATING) - at the top, "PODGRZEAC" (ENOUGH HEATING) - at the bottom.
