Description

Zwykly rozpylowy susz serwatkowy wykazuje sklonnosc do latwego pylenia sie, wilgotnieje i zbryla sie.Znane sa sposoby otrzymywania paszy tresciwej z udzia¬ lem serwatki. Obnizenie zawartosci laktozy w paszy umozliwia wiekszy jej udzial w zywieniu zwierzat. Koncentrat serwatki miesza sie z wycierka ziemniaczana o zawartosci wody 13—18%. Na jedna czesc wagowa koncentratu serwatki dodaje sie 0,25—0,50 czesci wagowych wycierki ziemniaczanej.Zestalony pólprodukt wytlacza sie w elektrowilku, a otrzymany granulat suszy sie w suszarni komorowej lub tasmowej w temperaturze powietrza 70—90°C do zawar¬ tosci wody ponizej7%. * l - Uzyskuje sie modyfikacje skladu w porównaniu z suszem serwatkowym. Zawartosc laktozy obniza sie z 70% w suchej substancji do co najmniej 55% w suchej substancji. Produkt zawiera blonnik w ilosci nie mniej¬ szej niz 10% w suchej substancji i skrobie w ilosci ponad 13% w suchej substancji.Wynalazek jest blizej przedstawiony w przykladzie wykonania.Przyklad: 10 000 kg serwatki podpuszczkowej113 414 3 4r odltuszcza sie i zageszcza do 60% suchej substancji w temperaturze 70°C. Koncentrat serwatki w ilosi 750 kg miesza sie z wycierka ziemniaczana suszona o zawartosci wody 16% w ilosci 200 kg. Proces mieszania przeprowa¬ dza sie w mieszarce do materialów plastycznych. Granulat suszy sie w powietrzu o temperaturze 80°C do zawartosci wody 3%. Z 950 kg granulatu uzyskuje sie 635 kg suszu. Otrzymany susz ma nastepujacy sklad chemiczny: zawartosc bialka w suchej substancji — 9,1%, zawartosc laktozy w suchej substancji — 55,0%, zawartosc skrobi w suchej substancji — 13,1%, zawartosc blonnika w suchej substancji — 10,5%.Zastrzezenia patentowe 1. For several decades, drying of whey has been practiced, which was initially carried out by the roller method and now spray drying has become widespread. Dried whey is used mainly as a feed and an ingredient of some foodstuffs. May. The use in nutrition is limited due to the high content of lactose and mineral salts. Ordinary spray dried whey is prone to dusting easily, becomes moist and lumps together. There are known methods of obtaining fatty feed with the use of whey. The method according to the Polish patent no. 51390 consists in carrying out the yeast fermentation of the whey, hydrolysis and, after drying, mixing with other ingredients. The method according to the Polish patent specification No. 56174 consists in applying the whey to fruit pomace or beet pulp and drying in a drum dryer. Potato pulp, obtained as a by-product in the production of potato starch, cannot be a valuable feed by itself. In this system, enriching it with protein and mineral salts through the addition of concentrated whey results in a high-quality feed. By adding potato pulp to the whey, the product solidifies, which can be extruded and, after drying, is non-hygroscopic. Reducing the lactose content in the feed allows it to be more involved in animal nutrition. The feed is enriched with starch and fiber, which improves its nutritional value and taste. The aim of the invention is to comprehensively develop whey and potato pulp for fodder. The method according to the invention consists in thickening the cheese with or without degreasing, depending on the desired composition of the final product, at least up to 60% dry substance. In order to lower the lactose content, preliminary crystallization and separation of a part of the crystallized lactose can be carried out. The crystallization process proceeds with spontaneous cooling for a period of at least 10 hours at ambient room temperature. The whey concentrate is mixed with the potato pulp with a water content of 13-18%. For one part by weight of whey concentrate, 0.25-0.50 parts by weight of potato pulp are added. The solidified semi-product is extruded in an electric mill, and the obtained granulate is dried in a chamber or belt dryer at an air temperature of 70-90 ° C until it contains water less than 7%. * l - The composition is modified in comparison with dried whey. The lactose content is reduced from 70% in dry matter to at least 55% in dry matter. The product contains fiber in an amount of not less than 10% in dry matter and starch in an amount of more than 13% in dry matter. The invention is presented in more detail in the embodiment example. Example: 10 000 kg rennet whey113 414 3 4r is degreased and thickened to 60 % dry substance at 70 ° C. Whey concentrate in the amount of 750 kg is mixed with dried potato pulp with a water content of 16% in the amount of 200 kg. The mixing process is carried out in a mixer for plastic materials. After obtaining a homogeneous mixture and simultaneously kneading the mass to the appropriate consistency, the obtained semi-product is subjected to extruding in an extruder with a mesh diameter of 4 mm. The granules are dried in air at 80 ° C to a water content of 3%. From 950 kg of granules, 635 kg of dry are obtained. The obtained dried material has the following chemical composition: protein content in dry matter - 9.1%, lactose content in dry matter - 55.0%, starch content in dry matter - 13.1%, fiber content in dry matter - 10.5% Patent claims 1.
