Description

A proces schladzania rdzeni do temperatury 500°C prowadzi sie w czasie mozliwie krótkim, korzystnie 2-godzinnym, uzaleznionym jedynie od koniecznosci zabezpieczenia rdzeni przed pekaniem podczas szybkiego schladzania.Zalety wytwarzania ferrytów niklowych i/lub niklowo-cynkowych sposobem wedlug wynalazku obrazu¬ ja ponizsze przyklady.Przyklad I. Naklad 120 + 18 egz.Cena45 zl PLThe subject of the invention is a method of producing nickel-zinc ferrites with improved magnetic and mechanical parameters, especially with a linear relationship between the initial magnetic permeability and temperature, low magnetic losses and high mechanical resistance to chipping and fracture, intended for the cores of inductive elements operating at high temperatures. There are known methods of producing low-loss nickel-zinc ferrites by using cobalt additive or by sintering shapes at possibly low temperatures. The first method allows to reduce the energy of magneto-crystalline anisotropy of the material in the range of operational temperatures, but its result is an unfavorable "saddle" shape of the temperature characteristics of magnetic permeability. In the second method, the low sintering temperature of the shapes prevents the formation of Fe2 * ions in the material, which are a source of magnetic and electrical losses, it facilitates the control of the growth of crystallites during sintering of the material, but it makes it difficult to obtain a satisfactory concentration of the sinter, and thus reduces the mechanical resistance of the cores to chipping and breaking. It is known that nickel-zinc phenite cores are designed for nickel-zinc phenites. to work in the high frequency range in cases where their density does not exceed 80% of the theoretical density dx of the material in the case of cores with small tubular or cylindrical dimensions intended for miniature coils, cracks and crumbles during machining and injection molding ora z when assembling components. The problem of strength also occurs in the case of long rod cores, shell cores and IIin / eh. French Patent No. 1,232,764 discloses a method of reducing the losses of nickel-zinc phenites by using simultaneously the addition of cobalt and vanadium pentoxide, and from US Patent No. 3,472,780 is known. a method of increasing the density of sintered ferrite shapes by using a very fine-grained ferrite powder for isostatic pressing and sintering of pressed parts at a temperature of 1250 ° C - 1300 ° C in an oxygen atmosphere. None of these methods can provide components with all the parameters mentioned in the introduction technical. It results from the fact that known methods of producing nickel-zinc lobes of nickel phenites do not take into account the factors determining the resulting distribution of the reciprocating supports. The essence of the invention is also to carry out the sintering process in kkmym with a good densification of the shapes of the Ni ** tilts occupying the square position. 2 113423 This process is facilitated when the sintered feoyt has a damaged structure. Achieving a defective crystalline structure is possible with a significant concentration of Fe2 * in the sintered material, such that for a given total iron content, the oxygen content in the fenyrie is greater than the steduometric. As the structure of nickel and mU-zinc ferrites is formed in the temperature range lower than 1000 ° C "and even from 900 ° C, high concentration of the sinter is achieved at higher wound temperatures, therefore in order to obtain the appropriate crystal structure, and thus for reducing material losses and improving the linearity of magnetic permeability changes as a function of temperature - the sintered elements are heated for a minimum of 30 minutes at 900 ° C and then cooled to room temperature in such a way as to lower the temperature from 900 ° C to 500 ° C lasted not ... less than 4 hours, preferably 4.5 hours in an oxygen-rich atmosphere. It is possible to shorten the waiting time of the baked ferrite elements at a temperature of 900 ° C to such an extent that the additional annealing operation can be eliminated altogether, it is achieved through the use of additives such as vanadium, manganese, titanium increasing the concentration of network defects in ferrites during their sintering, with significant excess oxygen non-stoichiometry of the material during sintering, the cores at temperatures not higher than 900 ° C. And the process of cooling the cores to a temperature of 500 ° C is carried out in the shortest possible time, preferably 2 hours, depending only on the need to protect the cores against cracking during rapid cooling. The advantages of producing nickel and / or nickel-zinc ferrites according to the invention are presented below. Examples. Example I. A mixture of oxides, nickel and cobalt taken in the following proportions: Fe 2 O3 - 50.2 mol% NiO - 42.8 mol% ZnO - 6.2 mol% CoO - 0.8 mol% including metallic iron, which takes place during grinding, was subjected to the ferritization process in a plate tunnel furnace at a temperature of 1000 ° C for about 4 hours. 0.5 wt.% Of V205 and the whole was wet-milled in an Attritor ball mill for 4 hours to obtain an average grain diameter of the ground powder less than 0.8 µm. After dehydration of the powder obtained after grinding and adding a plasticizer to it, cylindrical shapes with dimensions of 2.6 x 6 mm and ring cores of 23 x 0 14 x 6 mm were pressed. The density of the compacts was 2.9 g / cm3. They were sintered at 830 ° C for 4 hours in the air atmosphere, the cooling rate in the temperature range up to 500 ° C was about 200 ° C / hour. The obtained ring cores were characterized by the following properties: dv = 4.8 g / cm3 / approx. 0,9dx / Mi = 26 tgq = 55-10 * at 3 MHz ui 470-10 * at 40 MHz 9-10 * for T = -20 ° C, + 20 ° C ttF "11-10 * for T = + 206C, + 70 ° C Po = 108Slcm The cylindrical shapes made in this way, after grinding their dimensions of $ 23 x 5.9, were used for miniature radiophonic filters with high working stability. Example II. Mixture of nickel iron oxides, market J cohaltia and maikami nrrietyrli in talripj pm. Portion that their share in the ground powder was as a percentage: Fe 2 O3 - 53 mol% NiO - 20.9 mol% ZnO - 223 mol% CoO - 0j8% mol MnO - SJHfemDl initial permeability reduced tangent of loss angle temperature coefficient of initial flowability resistivity 113,423 3 subjected to the process of fenyovationization Example (but without adding vanadium) From the obtained powder plastic mass was prepared from which antenna heels with a diameter of 11.2 mm were pressed. The preparation of the plastic mass and its making of the pie was carried out by generally used methods. The extruded rods were sintered at a temperature of 1220 ° C, and cooled in such a way that their residence time in the temperature range of 900 ° C to 500 ° C was not shorter than 5 hours. The sintered rods intended for the antenna cores of the medium and long wave radio receivers were characterized by high goodness and high stability of the permeability as a function of temperature. The material properties were as follows: density dv = 4.5 g / cm3 initial permeability Mi = 240 reduced tangent * * = 35-10 * P ^ * ^ J // and 60-10 * at 2 MHz the temperature factor ^ _ 2 * 10 * for T = -20 ° C, + 20 ° C 4-10 * for T = +23 ° C, + 70 ° C resistivity p0 = 107 cm With the antenna length 1 = 160-170 mm, the change in the inductance of the antenna coil AL in the temperature range T from -20 ° C to + 70 ° C was AL = (50-180) • 10 * L-AT Example III. For a mixture of iron oxides, nickel, zinc, cobalt taken in such a proportion that their share in the ground powder is as follows: Fe 2 O3 - 51.5 mol% NiO - 34.5 mol% ZnO - 23.3 mol% CoO - 0.7 % mol 1% by weight of manganese carbonate and 0.2% by weight of silica (SiO 2) were added. The whole was fermented at 1000 ° C for 4 hours, and then after adding 0.2% by weight of V205 - milled as in example I, but for 1 godzine. After adding a plasticizer, granules were made from the dried powder, using a spray dryer for this purpose. Shell shapes and rings with an external diameter of: a / Dz = 23 mm were pressed from the granules; b / Dz = 12 mm. All the moldings were sintered at 1180 ° C for 4 hours, with cooling after sintering in such a way that the temperature drop from 900 ° C to 500 ° C took place in not less than 4 hours. The obtained cores had the following material properties: Mi = 90, ap = (5 ... 6) • 10 "* in each temperature range from -20 ° C to + 70 ° C tgq 30 • 10 * at 1 MHz / ii" 90-10 * at 10MHz Po = 108 Hem dv = 4.8 g / cm3 For comparison: with a reduction of the cooling time in the temperature range of 900 C — SOO ^ C up to approx. 2 hours, as in the case of L. almost twice the value of the loss factor in the range of iHMl4 113423 As it has been proven, the sintering and / or annealing processes according to the invention allow for the production of low-loss, sufficiently concentrated nickel and / hib nickel-zinc ferrite cores, which have the initial magnetic permeation coefficients values in each temperature range ranging from -20 ° C to + 70 ° C or wider. In turn, the above-mentioned material properties allow the use of these cores in LC resonant circuits with good quality, which are required to have high temperature stability. Changes in the inductance L, resulting from changes in the permeability of the core, are compensated by changes in the capacitance of a suitably selected ceramic capacitor. A high mechanical strength of the cores is also obtained, so that they can be made of small dimensions, and then subjected to grinding, polishing or joining with thermoplastic materials by the injection method.
