Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia: 10 czerwca 2000 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka zaopatrzona w korek oraz dozownik. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki zaopatrzonej w korek oraz dozownik. Przedmiot wzoru pokazany jest na zalaczonej fotografii i rysunkach, na których na fig. 1 przedstawiono trzy ujecia tej samej butelki pokazanej w widoku z przodu z korkiem, w widoku z przodu z dozownikiem oraz w widoku z boku, fig. 2 - butelke w widoku z góry, fig. 3 - dozownik w widoku z boku, fig. 4 - dozownik wwidoku z góry, fig. 5 - dozownik w widoku od spodu, a na fig. 6 - butelke z korkiem w widoku z góry. Jak pokazano na rysunku butelka zaopatrzona jest w zakretke o ksztalcie graniastoslupa. W widoku z przodu dolna czesc butelki ma rozszerzajace sie od podstawy lukowe, wypukle krawedzie laczace sie z lukowymi, wkleslymi krawedziami, które w czesci szyjkowej tworza podstawe dla zakretki o ksztalcie graniastoslupa o podstawie szesciokata nieforemnego i lukowo zaokraglonej górnej powierzchni, przy czym w widoku z boku zarys butelki i korka wpisuje sie w trapez, a w widoku z góry w czesci szyjkowej butelka ma ksztalt szesciokata nieforemnego 1, a caly jej obwód wpisuje sie w ksztalt zblizony do elipsy 2. Dozownik ma pierscieniowa podstawe 3, której zewnetrzne obrzeze 4 jest wypukle i na której powierzchni 5 osadzona jest czesc 6 o ksztalcie stozka scietego oraz znajdujaca sie nad nia czesc 7 o ksztalcie walca, przy czym w czesciach 6 i 7 jest przelotowy cylindryczny otwór 8, a podstawa od wewnatrz zaopatrzona jest w zewnetrzna okragla krawedz 9 i wewnetrzna okragla krawedz 10. The essence of the design is a new form of a bottle fitted with a stopper and a dispenser. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photograph and drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows three views of the same bottle shown in a front view with a stopper, a front view with a dispenser, and a side view; Fig. 2 shows the bottle in a top view; Fig. 3 shows the dispenser in a side view; Fig. 4 shows the dispenser in a top view; Fig. 5 shows the dispenser in a bottom view; and Fig. 6 shows the bottle with a stopper in a top view. As shown in the drawing, the bottle is fitted with a prism-shaped cap. In the front view, the lower part of the bottle has arcuate, convex edges widening from the base, connecting with arcuate, concave edges, which in the neck part form a base for a cap in the shape of a prism with an irregular hexagonal base and an arcuately rounded upper surface, wherein in the side view the outline of the bottle and the cork is inscribed in a trapezoid, and in the top view in the neck part the bottle has the shape of an irregular hexagon 1, and its entire circumference is inscribed in a shape close to an ellipse 2. The dispenser has an annular base 3, the outer rim 4 of which is convex and on the surface 5 of which a part 6 in the shape of a truncated cone and a part 7 in the shape of a cylinder are mounted, wherein in parts 6 and 7 there is a cylindrical through hole 8, and the base is provided on the inside with an outer round edge 9 and an inner round edge 10.
