Karafka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest karafka, znajdujaca zastosowanie jako naczynie uzytku domowego, do przechowywania trunków i nalewek. Karafka moze równiez pelnic role upominku lub bibelotu o charakterze rekodzielniczym i stanowic element wyposazenia wnetrz mieszkalnych, biurowych lub innych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa, o indywidualnym charakterze postac wytworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolorystyke, strukture oraz ornamentacje. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 - ilustruje karafke w widoku ogólnym, odmiana 1, flg.2- karafke, odmiana 2, natomiast fig.3 - karafke, odmiana 3. The carafe can also serve as a gift or handmade trinket, and can be used as a furnishing element in residential, office, or other interiors. The essence of the design is the new, individual form of the product, given to it in particular by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, colors, structure, and ornamentation. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 - illustrates the carafe in a general view, variant 1, flg.2 - the carafe, variant 2, while fig. 3 - the carafe, variant 3. The subject of the design is also shown in the attached photographs, where fig. 4 - shows the carafe, variant 1, fig. 5 - the carafe, variant 2, while fig. 6 - the carafe, variant 3. The essential features of the industrial design, variant 1, shown in the drawing, fig. 1 and photograph, fig. 4, include that the lower part of the carafe 1 has a shape similar to a sphere, passing into a neck 2 narrowing upwards. The neck 2 has a rim 3 at the top that is parted to the sides, forming a collar. The carafe is fitted with a stopper 4 placed in the opening of the neck 2. The upper part of the stopper 4 is shaped like a sphere. The surface of the lower part £ of the carafe is decorated with an ornament. The essential features of the industrial design, variant 2, shown in the drawing, Fig. 2 and the photograph, Fig. 5, include that the lower part of the carafe 1 is shaped like a cup, similar in shape to a sphere, passing into a neck 2 that narrows upwards. The neck 2 has a rim 3 at the top that flares out to the sides, forming a collar. The carafe is fitted with a stopper 4 placed in the neck opening 2. The upper part of the stopper 4 is shaped like a ball and decorated with an ornament 5. The surface of the lower part 1 of the carafe is decorated with an ornament 6. The essential features of the industrial design, variant 3, presented in the drawing, fig. 3 and in the photograph, fig. 6, include that the lower part 1 of the carafe is shaped like a cup, similar in shape to a circle in the front view, passing into a neck 2 narrowing upwards. A stopper 3 is placed in the neck opening 2. The lower part of the stopper 3 has a shape similar to an inverted cone, while the upper part has the shape of a ball. The stopper 3 is decorated with an ornament 4. The surface of the lower part 1 of the carafe is decorated with an ornament 5.
