Description

Przedmiotem wynalazkujest pantograf do zbierania z szyn pradu, zwlaszcza z szyn suwnic.Dotychczas znane i stosowane pantografy do zbierania pradu z szyn suwnic sa wyposazone wjedna rolke zbierajaca, wykonana z materialu o dobrej przewodnosci elektrycznej, odtaczajacej sie wzdluz szyny pradowej suwiicy i przylegajac w zasadzie jednym punktem. Z róznych przyczyn, na przyklad nierównosci miedzy styka¬ jacymi sie powierzchniami szyny z rolka, izolacji w wyniku korozji zdarzaja sie przerwy w przeplywie pradu powoduje brak fazy przy zasilaniu suwnicy lub przepiecia, co w nastepstwie powoduje uszkodzenia ukladu prostowniczego i spalanie sie silników.Istota pantografu wedlug wynalazku jest wyposazenie pantografu w dodatkowe dwie pomocnicze zbieraja¬ ce rolki rozmieszczone obustronnie wzgledem rolki zasadniczej i osadzone na ramionach polaczonych wzgledem siebie dzwigni umocowanych do korpusu pantografu, zapewniajace dodatkowe styki pantografu z szyna pradowa suwnicy. Previously known and used pantographs for collecting current from crane rails are equipped with a single collecting roller, made of a material with good electrical conductivity, rolling away along the current rail of the suvium and basically adhering to one point. For various reasons, for example, unevenness between the contact surfaces of the rail and the roller, insulation, due to corrosion, interruptions in the current flow occur, cause a phase failure in the crane supply or overvoltage, which in turn causes damage to the rectifier system and combustion of the motors. According to the invention, the pantograph is equipped with additional two auxiliary collecting rollers arranged on both sides of the main roller and mounted on arms connected to each other by levers fixed to the pantograph body, providing additional contacts between the pantograph and the crane runway. The permanent pressure of the rollers to the current rail is ensured by means of coil springs, and the vertical position of the rollers is obtained by adjusting it depending on the position of the trolley rails. The subject of the invention is shown in the example of the embodiment in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the pantograph in a side view and Fig. 2 - in front view. The pantograph according to the invention consists of a plate 1 constituting the base on which a set of levers 2, 3 and 4 is mounted, articulated with pins 5, 6 and 8, the pin 8 being at the same time the axis of rotation of the main roller 7. On the other end of the levers 3 are mounted auxiliary collecting rollers 9. The levers 2, 3, 4 are equipped with helical springs 10 and 11, the purpose of which is to influence the lever system, making the system resilient and ensuring a constant pressure of the rollers 7 and 9 to the crane's current rail, both during the crane's movement and also during standstill. The base plate 1 is mounted on the bodies 12, the second The nets are provided with insulating plates 13 and screws 14 for fixing the pantograph to the crane.
