Description

Boki stozka sa splasz¬ czone tak, aby mógl on wejsc w podluzne otwory w narozach kontenera. Po obróceniu zaczepów nosnych o 90 stopni, rama transportowa zostaje polaczona z kontenerem i kontener moze byc wraz z nia transportowany we wszelkich kierunkach. Nowadays, containers with standardized dimensions are commonly used. In order to ensure quick and easy handling, the containers are equipped with holes in the corners, into which pivoting lifting eyes are inserted, which are placed on the transport bracket, suspended on the crane ropes. The rotating lifting eyes are in the shape of a split cut a cone with the tip pointing downwards. The sides of the cone are flattened so that it can fit into oblong holes in the corners of the container. After rotating the lifting eyes 90 degrees, the transport frame is attached to the container and the container can be transported with it in all directions. The dimensions and spacing of the elongated holes in the corners of the containers, as well as the rotating lifting eyes, must be within the exact tolerances of for this reason, it is imperative that the transport frame has suitable alignment devices enabling the swivel lifting eyes to be quickly engaged when attaching the container to the frame. The known guiding device usually consists of guide rails arranged on the front walls of the transport frame or at its corners. 15 The guide rails are fixed or in most cases tiltable, so that the handling of containers in wagons or warehouses is possible with a minimum standard distance between the containers of 75 millimeters. By means of a lever or toothed gear with an angle of about 160 degrees. The leverage of the lever mechanism is due to its dimensions, which makes it bulky and is therefore mainly used for side and front guide rails. These mechanisms can also be used with flat containers, which consist of a base and hinged end walls, and the oblong holes for hanging them are located in the corners of the walls. Tooth gears are mainly used with guide rails located in the corners, but their disadvantage is that they are not self-braking and must therefore be constantly subjected to a force exerted on them by their drive, for example, the hydraulic cylinders used for them. the hydraulic system must be constantly under pressure. A common disadvantage of both of the above guiding devices is that after the guide rails have been moved to the tilted position, the container transport eye is not yet properly aligned and A certain amount of time is required to position the handle in relation to the db of the container, which is due to the inaccuracy of positioning the crane over the container. This time depends on the qualification of the crane operator to maneuver the container suspended from the crane. A particular difficulty in guiding the handle is the necessity to use swivel, flattened on the sides, which causes the guiding to be carried out with an accuracy of a few millimeters. The aim of the invention is to design a device that eliminates the above-mentioned inconvenience. The guide rails according to the invention have stationary side guide rails and hinged front guide rails mounted on vertical pins placed in the corners of the container handle. A swiveling front guide rail is connected to a double-acting cylinder cylinder, the piston rod of which is provided with a fork connected to a guide pin located in the cam plate hatch mounted on the side guide rail. The device according to the invention shortens the operation time of securing the container, it requires a lot of space, can be used for containers of all kinds and is reliable in operation. The subject of the invention is illustrated in the embodiment in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the device guide rail with a deflected front guide rail as seen from Uóra, iig. 2 - guidance device with front guide rail tilted to the side, top view, rag. 3 is a guiding device with a hinged front guide rail in front view, and Fig. 4 is a guiding device with a laterally tilted guiding rail in a frontal view. The device guiding the container onto the container is equipped with a handle 1. The handle 1 for transporting the container has on each of the four corners a rotatable lifting hook 2, which enters the oblong holes 3 located in the corners of the container 4 The handle 1 also has fixed side guide rails 5 in its corners, to which are coaxially attached vertical pivots 7. The vertical pivots 7 have rotatably tilted front guide rails 6. In the upper end of the fixed, of the side guide rails 5 there is a double flat cam plate 9 with a recess 11, the side of which is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the vertical trunnions 7. The lower ends 8 * of the tilting front guide rail and the metuicllon the side guide rail 5 made of profiled sections are shaped into the container lid 4. The double cam plate 9 has a curved cut 11, terminated with a radius cut 10. On the top At the ends of the tilting complete guide rail 6 you find the lever 12 with cutout 13. The promlemic cut -10 in the double cap plate downstream D, in the extreme edges of the deflected guide rail 6 correspond to the cut of the 13 levers 12. A guide pin 14 attached to a fork 15, attached to a piston rod 16 of a double-acting cylinder 17, attached to a handle 1, marked by arrows 18 and 19, passes through the hit cut 11 and the notch 13 in the lever 12. and the working fluid inlets to the individual double-action cylinders. The next, adjacent container is designated 20. A guidance device while operating separate containers is shown at $ iig. 1 and 2. When the containers 4 and 20 are aligned with their end walls approximately 75 millimeters from each other, then the double-acting cylinder VI is fed with a cfm. inlet * f & liquid rofboosis. The fork 15 begins to move towards the cylinder of the actuator 17. The pin 'guiding 14 tpr 20 towards the radial cut-out 10 and cut-out 13, unlocking the lever 12, which was previously locked. Due to the subsequent movement of the guide pin 14 and the cutout 11, the deflectable guide rail 6 begins to move to the position shown in Figs. 2 and 4. The piston movement of the actuator 17 is complete when the guide pin 14 is complete. it will enter the radius cutout 10 at the opposite end of the arc cutout 11 and the cutout 13 of the lever 12, and the swivel 10 leading guide rail 6 is blocked at one of its end positions. To bring the deflectable guide rail to the second extreme position, the working fluid is introduced into the cylinder of the double-acting actuator 17 through the inlet port 19 and the entire operation is in the reverse direction. 1. A device for guiding the container onto the container holder for transporting containers, comprising deflectable guide rails which are placed in the corners of the holder and which surround with their lower edges pivoting lifting hooks for connecting the holder with the container, characterized by the fact that it has fixed lateral guide rails with which, through vertical pins (7) placed on the sides of the handle (1), (pivotally pivotable guide rails (6) are connected. 2.
