Ukosna krawedz górna scianki przedniej jest z lewej strony usytuowana w odleglosci niniejszej od polowy dlugosci krawedzi górnej scianki tylnej i pochylona do dolu wzgledem krawedzi górnej scianki tylnej. Ukosne pochylenie krawedzi górnej scianki przedniej, w zakresie od 5 do 45 stopni, nadaje wzorowi oryginalny i estetyczny wyglad. Wystajaca z koperty czesc serwetki ma ksztalt trapezu widocznego na tle scianki tylnej. Koperta jest wykonana z papieru. Przedmiot wzoru ma zastosowanie jako opakowanie sztucców i element dekoracyjno-uzytkowy. Sztucce sa umieszczane w kopercie pomiedzy scianka przednia a serwetka. Koperta moze byc zaopatrzona w kolorowe lub czarno-biale nadruki odpowiednie do wystroju wnetrz i bielizny stolowej. Serwetka umieszczona wewnatrz koperty moze byc wykonana w kontrastowych kolorach dobranych odpowiednio do koloru koperty. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: 1. Rectangular cutlery envelopes with a napkin placed inside are known. The envelopes are made in various shades and patterns printed on the envelope's surface. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of paper cutlery envelope, manifested in the arrangement of lines and contours that give the product a unique character. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the paper cutlery envelope with a napkin placed inside, viewed from the front side, and Fig. 2 shows the envelope from Fig. 1 from a top view. As shown in Figure I, the envelope is rectangular in shape and has a back panel, a front panel, and a paper napkin insert. The front panel has a diagonal, straight top edge, which is located below the top edge of the back panel and runs from the left to the right side of the envelope. The remaining edges of the front panel are permanently joined to the edges of the back panel. The napkin extends above the top edge of the front panel. The diagonal top edge of the front panel is located on the left side at a distance of less than half the length of the top edge of the back panel and is angled downward relative to the top edge of the back panel. The diagonal slope of the top edge of the front panel, ranging from 5 to 45 degrees, gives the design a unique and aesthetic appearance. The protruding portion of the napkin is trapezoidal, visible against the back panel. The envelope is made of paper. The design is intended for use as cutlery packaging and as a decorative and functional element. The cutlery is placed in the envelope between the front panel and the napkin. The envelope can be printed with color or black and white prints suitable for interior design and table linens. The napkin placed inside the envelope can be made in contrasting colors, matching the color of the envelope. Essential features of the industrial design: 1. A rectangular paper envelope for cutlery, made of paper, having a back wall and a front wall, and an insert in the form of a paper napkin placed inside the envelope and extending above the upper edge of the front wall, characterized in that the front wall of the envelope has a diagonal, rectilinear upper edge located below the upper edge of the back wall. 2. A paper envelope for cutlery, having the features listed in claim 1, characterized in that the diagonal upper edge of the front wall is located on the left side at a distance of less than half the length of the upper edge of the back wall and is inclined downward relative to the upper edge of the back wall, towards the right side of the envelope.
