Karta swiateczna Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest karta swiateczna, przeznaczona do przesylania lub bezposredniego ofiarowywania glównie z okazji Swiat Bozego Narodzenia lub z okazji innych swiat religijnych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów kolorystyke oraz material. Karta swiateczna moze byc wytworzona w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z papieru, z kartonu lub z tworzyw sztucznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l - ilustruje karte w widoku ojgólnym od frontu w stanie czesciowo rozlozonym, natomiast fig.2 - uwidacznia karte w stanie zlozonym. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zaprezentowany takze na zalaczonej fotografii, fig. 3 - pokazujacej karte swiateczna w widoku od frontu. Karta swiateczna, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wykonana z arkuszy kartonu, zgietego posrodku. Ma on postac zgietej na pól okladki z zewnetrzna powierzchnia ozdobiona rysunkami, napisami i motywami graficznymi, nawiazujacymi w swej tresci do Swiat Bozego Narodzenia lub do innych swiat religijnych- 1Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, nalezy zaliczyc, ze karta swiateczna ma postac zlozonej na pól okladki 1 z rysunkiem 2 umieszczonym u dolu scianki frontowej 3. The essence of the design is the product's new and unique form, given by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, colors, and materials. The holiday card can be manufactured industrially or by hand from paper, cardboard, or plastics. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 illustrates the card in a general frontal view, partially unfolded, while Fig. 2 shows the card in its folded state. The design is also presented in the attached photograph, Fig. 3, which shows the holiday card from the front. The Christmas card, according to the industrial design, is made of sheets of cardboard folded in the middle. It has the form of a cover folded in half, with the outer surface decorated with drawings, inscriptions, and graphic motifs referring to Christmas or other religious holidays. 1. Significant features of the industrial design. Among the significant features of the industrial design are that the Christmas card has the form of a cover 1 folded in half, with a drawing 2 placed at the bottom of the front panel 3. The upper outline 4 of drawing 2 is notched. The cover 1 is covered with an overlay 5. The lower edge £ of the overlay 5 is fancifully profiled and moved upwards in relation to the edge of the cover 1.
