Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac wyrobu swiecacego, przejawiajaca sie w szczególnosci w charakterystycznym ksztalcie, ukladzie powierzchni i barwie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach. Przez srodek kuli przebiega falista, lekko wypukla linia, która obrazuje pekajace skorupe kasztana. Bryla postrzegana z góry równiez przypomina pelne kolo naproszone kolcami. Wszystkie motywy swietnie razem sie komponuja i tworza niezwykle ciekawa i stylowa bryle. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego swiecy KASZTAN wynikaja z zastosowania oryginalnego ksztaltu do produkcji wyrobu swiecacego. Charakterystyczny ksztalt swiecy nadaje jej niepowtarzalny wyglad. PL PLThe industrial design is for a candle of a rather regular shape, consisting of a single, specific figure called a chestnut. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of a luminous product, manifested in particular in its characteristic shape, surface arrangement, and color. The industrial design is shown in the attached photographs. Photograph FIG. 1 shows a top view of the candle; FIG. 2 shows a side view of the candle; and FIG. 3 shows a perspective view of the candle. The essential features of the industrial design, shown in the photographs, result from the candle's new, original shape. A distinctive feature of the new design is that the candle's shape, viewed from perspective, faithfully represents the actual shape of a chestnut tree. The side view of the figure resembles a full oval with irregular lines, with tiny cones resembling chestnut thorns dotting its entire surface. A wavy, slightly convex line runs through the center of the sphere, representing the cracking of the chestnut shell. Viewed from above, the figure also resembles a full circle sprinkled with thorns. All the motifs blend beautifully together, creating an exceptionally interesting and stylish shape. The essential features of the industrial design of the CHESTNUT candle result from the use of an original shape in the production of the candle. The candle's distinctive shape gives it a unique appearance.
