Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych nowa postac zestawu mebli przejawiajaca sie w ich ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i konturów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony zostal na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym na którym fig. 1 przedstawia szafie dwudrzwiowa, fig. 2 - segment z pólkami i witryna, fig. 3 - zestaw szafek jednodrzwiowych z szuflada, fig. 4 przedstawia widok witryny, a fig. 5 dolna czesc segmentu pokazanego na fig. 2. Szafa dwudrzwiowa pokazana na fig. 1 ma drzwi zaopatrzone na obwodzie czesci frontowej w wypukla ozdobna listwe. Wypuklymi ozdobnymi listwami wykonczone sa równiez górne krawedzie scian bocznych szafy dwudrzwiowej. Drzwi szafy posiadaja uchwyty do otwierania. Segment z pólkami i witryna pokazany na fig. 2 sklada sie z dolnej podstawy z pólkami posiadajacymi zaokraglone krawedzie o takiej glebokosci jak dwudrzwiowa szafa. Pólki o zaokraglonych krawedziach w dolnej podstawie sa otwarte. Na dolnej podstawie umieszczona jest szafka z szufladami. Powierzchnia boczna po której przesuwaja sie szuflady polaczona jest z boczna scianasegmentu otwarta pólka. Ponad ta czescia segmentu usytuowana jest niewielka witryna, której drewniana czesc frontowa ma wykonczenie w ksztalcie zblizonym do litery C, a czesc oszklona ozdobiona jest rysunkami na szkle, jak pokazano dodatkowo na fig. 4. Tylna ozdobna sciana segmentu wykonczona jest od góry w ksztalcie fali. Do tylnej sciany segmentu przymocowana jest niewielka pólka podtrzymywana przy pomocy ozdobnej rurki z obejmami i zakonczonej kulista czasza. Wszystkie szafki, szuflady oraz drewniana czesc witryny maja na obwodzie czesci frontowej wypukla ozdobna listwe. Wypuklymi ozdobnymi listwami wykonczone sa równiez górna boczna krawedz witryny. Wszystkie elementy otwierane posiadaja uchwyty do otwierania drzwi lub szuflad. Dolna podstawa segmentu z pólkami i witryna pokazana na fig. 5 posiada zasuwana przestrzen pólek. Zestaw szafek jednodrzwiowych z szuflada pokazanych na fig.3 sklada sie z dwóch jednodrzwiowych szafek oraz szuflady pomiedzy tymi szafkami. Szafki oraz szuflady maja na obwodzie czesci frontowej wypukla ozdobna listwe. Wypuklymi ozdobnymi listwami wykonczone sa równiez górne boczne krawedzie szafki górnej. Wszystkie elementy otwierane posiadaja uchwyty do otwierania drzwi lub szuflad. The subject of the industrial design is a furniture set consisting of a two-door wardrobe, a sectional with shelves and a display cabinet, and a set of single-door cabinets with a drawer. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the furniture set, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape, arrangement of lines, and contours. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows a two-door wardrobe, Fig. 2 - a sectional with shelves and a display cabinet, Fig. 3 - a set of single-door cabinets with a drawer, Fig. 4 shows a view of the display cabinet, and Fig. 5 shows the lower part of the section shown in Fig. 2. The two-door wardrobe shown in Fig. 1 has doors with a convex decorative trim around the perimeter of the front. The upper edges of the side walls of the two-door wardrobe are also finished with convex decorative trim. The wardrobe doors have opening handles. The shelving and display unit shown in Fig. 2 consists of a lower base with shelves with rounded edges the same depth as a two-door wardrobe. The rounded-edged shelves in the lower base are open. A cabinet with drawers is placed on the lower base. The side surface on which the drawers slide is connected to the side wall of the segment by an open shelf. Above this part of the segment is a small display unit, whose wooden front has a C-shaped finish, and the glazed part is decorated with drawings on the glass, as additionally shown in Fig. 4. The decorative rear wall of the segment has a wave-shaped top. A small shelf supported by a decorative tube with clamps and topped with a spherical dome is attached to the rear wall of the segment. All cabinets, drawers, and the wooden part of the display cabinet have a convex decorative trim around the perimeter of the front. The top side edges of the display cabinet are also finished with convex decorative trim. All opening elements have handles for opening doors or drawers. The lower base of the shelf segment and the display cabinet shown in Fig. 5 has a sliding shelf space. The set of single-door cabinets with a drawer shown in Fig. 3 consists of two single-door cabinets and a drawer between them. The cabinets and drawers have a convex decorative trim around the perimeter of the front. The top side edges of the upper cabinet are also finished with convex decorative trim. All opening elements have handles for opening doors or drawers. Industrial design variations: 1. a two-door wardrobe, as shown in Fig. 1 2. a segment with shelves and a display case, as shown in Fig. 2 3. a set of cabinets with a drawer, as shown in Fig. 3 4. a lower base of a segment with shelves and a display case with a sliding shelf space with rounded edges, as shown in Fig. 5. Essential features of an industrial design: A two-door wardrobe has a convex decorative strip around the perimeter of the front of the door. The upper edges of the side walls of the two-door wardrobe are also finished with convex decorative strips. A segment with shelves and a display case consists of a lower base with shelves with rounded edges the same depth as the two-door wardrobe. The shelves with rounded edges in the lower base are open, according to the design variation shown in Fig. 2. According to the design variation shown in Fig. 5, the lower base of the segment has shelves with rounded edges and a sliding shelf area. The drawer in the lower base and the sliding shelf doors have a convex decorative strip around the perimeter of the front. The remaining parts of the segment consist of a set of appropriately arranged cabinets, drawers, shelves, and a small display case. The wooden front part of the display case has a C-shaped finish, and the glazed part is decorated with drawings on the glass, as additionally shown in Fig. 4. The decorative rear wall of the segment has a wave-shaped top finish. A small shelf is attached to the rear wall of the segment, supported by a decorative tube with clamps and topped with a spherical dome. All cabinets, drawers, and the wooden part of the display case have a raised decorative strip around the perimeter of the front. The top side edges of the display case are also finished with raised decorative strips. The single-door cabinet set with a drawer consists of two single-door cabinets and a drawer between them.
