ZESTAW MEBLI POKOJOWYCH Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli o nazwie ISKRA skladajacy sie z pieciu dwupoziomowych segmentów: szafa (rys. „Fig."lA i nadstawka szafy (rys. „Fig."IB), regal barkowy (rys. „Fig.ID), korpus 2- drzwiowy (rys.„Fig." IG), regal witryna (rys. „Fig. 1F") i korpus 2-drzwiowy (rys. „Fig." 1E), regal telewizyjny (rys. „Fig." 1H), korpus 2-drzwiowy (rys. „Fig."IG), pólszafa (rys. „Fig". II), oraz nadstawka pólszafy (rys.„Fig."lJ). Zestaw mebli o nazwie ISKRA wchodzi w sklad grupy skrzyniowych mebli pokojowych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na rysunku, „Fig." 1 (widok z przodu) oraz rys. „Fig."2,(widok z góry) oraz fotografii „Fig."3, zalaczonej do opisu, przedstawiajacych zestaw o nazwie ISKRA w widoku z przodu (od frontu). Sciana tylna zestawu stanowi zamknieta plaszczyzne odpowiadajaca swa powierzchnia i ksztaltem czesci przedniej (frontowej). Sciana ta jest wykonana plyty pilsniowej. Podstawe zestawu stanowi piec szafek dolnych: szafa (rys. JFig".lA,) korpus dwudrzwiowy (rys. „Fig."lC), korpus 2-drzwiowy (rys. „Fig." 1E). korpus 2- drzwiowy (rys. „Fig." IG), oraz pólszafa (rys. „Fig."II). Na szafkach tych usytuowane saplytsze od nich nadstawki i tak: na „Fig".lC stoi regal barkowy „Fig."ID, na ,JFig."lE stoi regal witryna „Fig".lF, na „Fig "IG stoi regal telewizyjny „Fig." 1H z wyjatkiem szafy, na której stoi nadstawka szafy „Fig."IB oraz pólszafy na, której stoi nadstawka pólszafy „Fig." 1J o tych samych glebokosciach. Szafa, „Fig.lA" ma postac skrzyni w dolnej przypodlogowej czesci zwienczonej prostokatna listwa cokolowa, a w pozostalej czesci zakrytej w plaszczyznie czolowej dwoma dlugimi frontami drzwiowymi. Wewnatrz skrzyni w górnej czesci szafy na calej jej szerokosci znajduje sie metalowy drazek na wieszaki. Nadstawka szafy, „Fig."IB jest ustawiona na szafie „Fig."lA i ma postac skrzyni bez listwy cokolowej zakrytej w calosci w plaszczyznie czolowejdwoma frontami drzwiowymi. Wewnatrz nadstawki znajduje sie wolna przestrzen. Korpus 2-drzwiowy, „Fig."lC ma postac skrzyni w dolnej przypodlogowej czesci zwienczonej prostokatna listwa cokolowa, a w pozostalej czesci zakrytej w plaszczyznie czolowej dwoma krótkimi frontami drzwiowymi. Wewnatrz korpusu znajduje sie wolna przestrzen. Regal barkowy „Fig."ID ma postac skrzyni z wydzielonymi dwoma strefami otwartej przestrzeni i dwoma strefami zakrytymi frontami drzwiowymi. W górnej czesci regal barkowy jest w plaszczyznie czolowej zakryty dwoma frontami drzwiowymi równymi wysokoscia z frontami drzwiowymi nadstawki szafy „Fig."IB. Czesc górna oddziela od czesci dolnej obustronnie otwarta wolna przestrzen. W czesci regal barkowy w plaszczyznie czolowej równiez zakrywa jeden front drzwiowy w postaci klapy uchylnej. Szerokosc wszystkich frontów w zestawie jest jednakowa za wyjatkiem klapy barkowej w „Fig."ID i szuflad w „Fig."lF, oraz w „Fig."lH. W czesci regalu barkowego zakrytej frontem drzwiowym uchylnym znajduje sie poziomo usytuowana pólka rozdzielajaca przestrzen wewnatrz regalu w % czesci powierzchni. Korpus 2-drzwiowy „Fig."lE jest identyczny z korpusem „Fig."lC opisanym powyzej. Regal witryna „Fig."lF jest regalem w wiekszej czesci przeszklonym, ma on postac skrzyni zakrytej w górnej czesci plaszczyzny czolowej dwoma frontami drzwiowymi w postaci ramek z szybami oraz dolnej czesci zakrytej dwoma frontami szufladowymi. Przestrzen zakryta frontami przeszklonymi rozdzielaja dwie poziomo usytuowane pólki rozdzielajac tym samym zakryta przestrzen regalu na trzy równe czesci. Ksztalt szyb zastosowanych w regale witryny jest zblizonych do trapezu równoramiennego o zaokraglonych krawedziach co widac na fotografii calego zestawu „Fig." 3. Korpus 2-drzwiowy „Fig."IG jest identyczny z korpusem „Fig."lC oraz „Fig." 1E, opisanymi powyzej. Regal telewizyjny „Fig."lH ma postac skrzyni z wydzielona strefa otwartej przestrzeni i dwoma strefami zakrytymi, dwoma frontami drzwiowymi oraz dwoma frontami szufladowymi. W górnej czesci regal telewizyjny jest w plaszczyznie czolowej zakryty dwoma frontami drzwiowymi równymi wysokoscia z frontami drzwiowymi nadstawki szafy „Fig."IB. Czesc górna oddziela od czesci dolnej obustronnie otwarta, wolna przestrzen. W czesci srodkowej regalu telewizyjnego usytuowane sa dwa fronty szufladowe. W czesci regalu telewizyjnego nie zakrytej frontami drzwiowymi, znajduje sie poziomo usytuowana pólka rozdzielajaca przestrzen wewnatrz regalu na dwie równe przestrzenie. Pólszafa „Fig." II ma postac skrzyni dolnej przypodlogowej czesci zwienczonej prostokatna listwa cokolowa, a w pozostalej czesci zakrytej w plaszczyznie czolowej jednym dlugim frontem drzwiowym. Wewnatrz skrzynizakrytej frontem drzwiowym znajduja sie poziomo usytuowane pólki rozdzielajace przestrzen wewnatrz na cztery równe czesci. Nadstawka pólszafy „Fig." 1J jest ustawiona na pólszafie „Fig." II ma postac skrzyni bez listwy cokolowej zakrytej w calosci w plaszczyznie czolowej jednym frontem drzwiowym. Wewnatrz nadstawki znajduje sie wolna przestrzen. Wszystkie elementy zestawu o nazwie ISKRA wykonane sa z plyty wiórowej z wyjatkiem scian tylnych poszczególnych elementów wykonanych z plyty pilsniowej. Równiez wszystkie fronty drzwiowe bedace elementem dodatkowo zdobiacym caly zestaw sa wykonane na bazie plyty wiórowej lub plyty MDF. Fronty drzwiowe sa wykonane w systemie ramowo- plytowym, czyli ramka jest wykonana z profilowej listwy ramiakowej a plycina jest wykonana z plyty wiórowej lub MDF . Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Wszystkie wyzej wymienione elementy zestawu mebli o nazwie ISKRA czyli: szafa „Fig."lA i nadstawka szafy „Fig."ID, korpus 2-drzwiowy „Fig."lC i regal barkowy „Fig."ID, korpus 2-drzwiowy „Fig."lE i regal witryna JFig."lF, korpus 2-drzwiowy „Fig."IG i regal telewizyjny „Fig."lH, pólszafa „Fig." II i nadstawka pólszafy „Fig." 1J maja istotne znaczenie dla zastrzezenia wzoru. Jest tu wazne zarówno ksztalt poszczególnych elementów pojedynczych oraz ksztalt i wizualne wrazenie calego segmentu. Elementem nadajacym szczególny i niepowtarzalny charakter zestawowi pokojowemu o nazwie ISKRA jest regal witrynowy ,JFig."lF, zwlaszcza z uwzglednieniem charakterystycznego ksztaltu szyb. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowe, przestrzenne uksztaltowanie poszczególnych elementów tworzacych zestaw mebli przejawiajacy sie w ich ksztalcie, ukladzie linii elementów, kolorystyce, sposobie wykonczenie i rozwiazaniu konstrukcyjnemu, zmierzajace do osiagniecia celów estetycznych. Kazdy z opisanych elementów, ich ksztalt, kolor, rodzaj zastosowanego materialu, sposób wykonania, oraz rodzaj konstrukcji i sposoby mocowania ze soba elementów opisane szczególowo powyzej, maja istotne znaczenie dla zastrzezenia.„Fig." 1 „Fig." 2„Fig." 3 PL PLLIVING ROOM FURNITURE SET The subject of the industrial design is a furniture set called ISKRA consisting of five two-level segments: a wardrobe (Fig. "Fig." IA" and a wardrobe extension (Fig. "Fig." IB"), a bar shelf (Fig. "Fig. ID"), a 2-door frame (Fig. "Fig." IG"), a display shelf (Fig. "Fig. 1F") and a 2-door frame (Fig. "Fig." 1E), a TV shelf (Fig. "Fig." 1H), a 2-door frame (Fig. "Fig." IG), a half-wardrobe (Fig. "Fig." II), and a half-wardrobe extension (Fig. "Fig." IJ). The furniture set called ISKRA is part of the group of box-type living room furniture. The subject of the industrial design is shown in Fig. "Fig." 1 (front view) and Fig. "Fig." 2 (top view) and photographs "Fig."3, attached to the description, showing the set called ISKRA in the front view. The rear wall of the set is a closed surface corresponding in its surface and shape to the front part. This wall is made of fiberboard. The base of the set is five lower cabinets: a wardrobe (fig. JFig."1A), a two-door body (fig. "Fig."1C), a two-door body (fig. "Fig." 1E), a two-door body (fig. "Fig." IG), and a half-wardrobe (fig. "Fig."II). On these cabinets there are shallower extensions, and so: on "Fig."1C there is a bar shelf "Fig."ID", on "JFig."1E there is a display cabinet "Fig."1F", on "Fig "IG there is a TV stand "Fig." 1H", except for the cabinet on which the wardrobe extension is placed. "Fig."IB and a half-wardrobe on which stands the half-wardrobe extension "Fig." 1J of the same depths. The wardrobe, "Fig.1A" has the form of a box in the lower floor part topped with a rectangular plinth, and in the remaining part covered in the front plane by two long door fronts. Inside the box in the upper part of the wardrobe, along its entire width, there is a metal bar for hangers. The wardrobe extension, "Fig."IB is placed on the wardrobe "Fig."1A and has the form of a box without a plinth, covered entirely in the front plane by two door fronts. Inside the extension there is free space. The 2-door body, "Fig."1C has the form of a box in the lower floor part topped with a rectangular plinth, and in the remaining part covered in the front plane by two short door fronts. There is free space inside the body. The shoulder shelf "Fig."ID has the form of a box with two separate open space zones and two zones covered with door fronts. In the upper part, the shoulder shelf is covered in the front plane by two door fronts equal in height to the door fronts of the wardrobe extension "Fig."IB. The upper part separates the free space on both sides from the lower part. In the front plane, the shoulder shelf also covers one door front in the form of a hinged flap. The width of all fronts in the set is the same, except for the shoulder flap in "Fig."ID" and the drawers in "Fig."lF, and in "Fig."lH. In the part of the shoulder shelf covered by the hinged door front, there is a horizontally located shelf dividing the space inside the shelf in % of the surface. 2-door body "Fig."lE is identical to the body "Fig."lC" described above. The display case "Fig."lF" is a mostly glazed case, it has the form of a box covered in the upper part of the front surface with two door fronts in the form of frames with glass panes and the lower part covered with two drawer fronts. The space covered with glass fronts is divided by two horizontally placed shelves, thus dividing the covered space of the case into three equal parts. The shape of the glass panes used in the display case is close to an isosceles trapezoid with rounded edges, which can be seen in the photo of the entire set "Fig." 3. The 2-door body "Fig."IG is identical to the body "Fig."lC" and "Fig." 1E, described above. The TV case "Fig."lH" has the form of a box with a separated zone of open space and two covered zones, two fronts door fronts and two drawer fronts. In the upper part, the TV shelf is covered in the frontal plane by two door fronts equal in height to the door fronts of the cabinet extension "Fig."IB. The upper part is separated from the lower part by an open, free space on both sides. In the middle part of the TV shelf, there are two drawer fronts. In the part of the TV shelf not covered by door fronts, there is a horizontally arranged shelf dividing the space inside the shelf into two equal spaces. The half-cabinet "Fig." II has the form of a box with a lower floor part topped with a rectangular plinth, and in the remaining part covered in the frontal plane by one long door front. Inside the box covered by the door front, there are horizontally arranged shelves dividing the space inside into four equal parts. The half-cabinet extension "Fig." 1J is placed on the half-wardrobe "Fig." II has the form of a box without a baseboard, fully covered in the front plane by one door front. There is free space inside the extension. All elements of the set called ISKRA are made of chipboard, except for the back walls of individual elements made of fiberboard. Also all door fronts, which are an additional decorative element of the whole set, are made of chipboard or MDF. The door fronts are made in a frame-board system, i.e. the frame is made of a profiled frame strip and the panel is made of chipboard or MDF. Essential features of the industrial design: All the above-mentioned elements of the furniture set called ISKRA, i.e.: the wardrobe "Fig."1A and the extension of the wardrobe "Fig."ID, the 2-door body "Fig."1C and the bar shelf "Fig."ID, the body The 2-door "Fig."lE" and the display cabinet JFig."lF, the 2-door body "Fig."IG" and the TV cabinet "Fig."lH", the half-wardrobe "Fig." II" and the half-wardrobe extension "Fig." 1J" are of significant importance for the design registration. Both the shape of the individual elements and the shape and visual impression of the entire segment are important here. The element that gives the room set called ISKRA a special and unique character is the display cabinet "JFig."lF", especially taking into account the characteristic shape of the glass panes. The essence of the industrial design is a new, spatial shape of the individual elements constituting the furniture set, manifesting itself in their shape, the arrangement of the lines of the elements, the color, the method of finishing and the structural solution, aimed at achieving aesthetic goals. Each of the described elements, their shape, color, type of material used, the method of manufacturing, as well as the type of construction and methods of fastening with elements described in detail above are essential for the claim.
