Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i indywidualna postac etykiety nadana jej przez forme graficzna, wynikajaca z charakterystycznej kolorystyki, cech linii i kroju pisma oraz elementy obrazowe. Powyzej napisu "robot" umieszczone sa napisy okreslajace rodzaj produktu 1 wykonane sa mala czcionka w kolorze bialym. Ponadto po lewej stronie kielicha umieszczona jest figura w kolorze zóltym, wykonana z dwóch luków skierowanych wypukloscia ku srodkowi etykiety, stykajacych sie w górnej czesci i oddalajacych sie od siebie ku dolowi. Na tej figurze umieszczony jest napis z malych liter w kolorze od brazowego do czerwonego, rozjasniony w czesci srodkowej bialym refleksem swiatla. Na etykietach znajduja sie napisy wykonane malymi literami, umieszczone w rzedach rozpoczynanych kropka w kolorze czerwonym z bialym refleksem. Napisy sa w kolorze zóltym z bialym refleksem. W górnej czesci etykiety widnieje figura czworokatna o dwóch poziomych bokach prostych, nawzajem równoleglych i dwóch lukach odchylonych na zewnatrz od figury, laczacych konce boków rónoleglych. Figura jest czerwona z zólta obwódka, a na niej widnieje napis w kolorze zóltym, skladajacy sie z cyfr lub liczb i umieszczonymi pod nimi wyrazami, okreslajacymi ilosc, mase lub pojemnosc, przy czym cyfry i liczby sa duzo wieksze od wyrazów znajdujacych sie pod nimi.Piewsza odmiana etykiety, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, ma ksztalt figury zblizonej do kwadratu, w której jeden z boków jest wygiety na zewnatrz etykiety. Nad slowem "robot", w dolnej czesci etykiety, znajduje sie napis "tabletki do zmywarek". Pomiedzy czasza kielicha a prawym bokiem etykiety, w jej górnej czesci, widnieje rysunek bryly osmiosciennej, której górna czesc jest niebieska, srodkowa biala, a dolna zólta. Pod napisem "anti-corosion system" umieszczony jest czerwony element graficzny w postaci linii lukowej, biegnacej od góry w kierunki lewego boku etykiety, a nastepnie ostym lukiem zakrecajacej w przeciwnym kierunku oraz ku górze i konczacej sie strzalka w okolicach ostatniej litery slowa "system". Druga odmiana etykiety, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, ma ksztalt przypominajacy stylizowanego buta z cholewka. Górny, krótszy bok stanowi okolo 0,7 najwiekszej dlugosci w dolnej czesci etykiety. Prawy bok stanowi w górnej czesci linia prosta pionowa, która przechodzi w linie lukowa na wysokosci okolo 1 /z etykiety, przy czym linia ta zmienia kierunek w miejscu najszerszym i nastepnie biegniew przeciwnym kierunku, laczac sie z dolnym, prostym bokiem. Wszystkie naroza etykiety maja lukowe zaokraglenia. Nad wyrazem "robot" umieszczony jest napis: "proszek do zmywarek". Nad czasza kielicha, rozciaga sie w prawo ku górze element dekoracyjny wykonany z blekitno-bialych i zielonych kulek o róznej wielkosci, zakonczony refleksami swiatla w postaci bialych i blekitnych promieni. W lewym, górnym rogu widnieje figura czworokatna, jak na pierwszej odmianie etykiety, a na niej napis: lkilogram. Na zóltym, lukowym elemencie graficznym, znajdujacym sie z lewej strony kielicha, umieszczony jest napis: "active power", zas pomiedzy napisem: 1 kilogram, a górna czescia czaszy kielicha umieszczone sa, w rzedach, napisy: "wzmocnione usuwanie zabrudzen", "dwufazowe mycie". Trzecia odmiana etykiety, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, ma ksztalt zblizony do ksztaltu drugiej odmiany; jest od niej proporcjonalnie wyzsza i szersza. Prawie wszystkie elementy graficzne oraz napisy sa takie same. W lewym górnym rogu widnieje figura czworokatna, jak na pierwszej i drugiej odmianie etykiety, a na niej napis: 2,5 kilograma. Czwarta odmiana etykiety, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, ma ksztalt prostokata. Nad wyrazem: "robot" umieszczony jest napis: "sól do zmywarek". Nad czasza kielicha, rozciaga sie w prawo ku górze element dekoracyjny wykonany z blekitno-bialych brylek o ostrych krawedziach i o róznej wielkosci, zakonczony refleksami swiatla w postaci bialych i blekitnych promieni. Obok niego umieszczony jest czerwony element, zblizony ksztaltem do stylizowanego trójkata, którego jeden z boków styka sie z prawym bokiem etykiety, drugi bok, znajdujacy sie obok czaszy kielicha, jest fantazyjniepostrzepiony, zas podstawe tego trójkata stanowi luk skierowany ku górze. Równolegle do luku podstawy tej trójkatnej figury, umieszczony jest zólty napis: "latwe dozowanie", a pod nim czarna lukowa strzalka. W lewym górnym rogu widnieje figura czworokatna, jak na 1-3 odmianie etykiety, a na niej napis: 1,5 kilograma. Na zóltym, lukowym elemencie graficznym, znajdujacym sie z lewej strony kielicha, umieszczony jest napis: "crystal power". Na czarnym polu, po lewej stronie lukowego, zóltego elementu graficznego sa napisy w rzedach: "ochrona zmywarki", "ochrona naczyn", "zmiekczanie wody". Piata odmiana etykiety, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, ma ksztalt czworokata o dwóch poziomych bokach równoleglych, z których dolny jest wiekszy od górnego i sa one polaczone dwoma bokami prostymi, odchylonymi ku dolowi. Figura ma wszystkie naroza zaokraglone. Na styku z prawa strona czaszy kielicha, umieszczony jest bialo-blekitny, gwiezdzisty refleks swietlny. Nad wyrazem: "robot" umieszczony jest, w trzech rzedach, napis: "plyn nablyszczajacy do zmywarek. Na zóltym, lukowym elemencie graficznym, znajdujacym sie z lewej strony kielicha, umieszczony jest napis: "briliant power". W prawym, górnym rogu umieszczona jest figura czworokatna, o ksztalcie i kolorach jak na odmianach 1-4, na której widnieje napis: 500 mililitrów. The essence of the industrial design is the label's new and unique graphic form, resulting from its distinctive color scheme, line features, typeface, and pictorial elements. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached illustrative material, in accordance with the list below: 1. Variation 1 of the label - robot dishwasher tablets - Fig. 1 and Fig. 6 2. Variation 2 of the label - robot dishwasher powder - Fig. 2 and Fig. 7 3. Variation 4 of the label - dishwasher rinse aid - Fig. 5 and Fig. 10 Essential features of the industrial design All variants of the industrial design - labels, have a black and blue background, wherein the black background extends from the bottom part at a distance of approx. 0.6 m from the left side upwards, and then at a height of 1/z to 2/3 of the left side an irregular spot moves towards the right side of the label, covering The upper part is also visible approximately 2/3 of the way from the right. The remainder of the label is filled with a blue background. In the central part of the label, a diagonal image of a glass is placed, with visible light reflections in blue and white. At the bottom of the label, the horizontal inscription "robot" is centrally placed, with characteristic colors and graphics: all the letters are lowercase and red, in a distinctive bold font, each letter is surrounded first by a white, then a blue border. Above the "robot" inscription, the product type is specified in small, white font. Furthermore, on the left side of the chalice is a yellow figure composed of two arcs, the convexity of which points toward the center of the label, touching at the top and receding toward the bottom. This figure bears an inscription in lowercase letters ranging from brown to red, highlighted in the center by a white reflection. The labels feature inscriptions in lowercase letters, arranged in rows beginning with a red dot with a white reflection. The inscriptions are yellow with a white reflection. The upper part of the label depicts a quadrangular figure with two horizontal straight sides, parallel to each other, and two arcs extending outward from the figure, connecting the ends of the parallel sides. The figure is red with a yellow border, and on it is a yellow inscription consisting of numbers or digits and words below them, specifying quantity, weight, or capacity. The digits and numbers are much larger than the words below them. The first variety of label, based on an industrial design, has a shape roughly resembling a square, with one side bent outward. Above the word "robot," in the lower part of the label, is the inscription "dishwasher tablets." Between the bowl of the glass and the right side of the label, in its upper part, is a drawing of an octahedral block, the upper part of which is blue, the middle white, and the lower yellow. Around the block, reflections of light are visible, in the form of white and blue rays, radiating from beneath it in all directions. The quadrangular figure in the upper left corner of the label bears the inscription: 16 pieces. The yellow, arc-shaped graphic element to the left of the glass features the inscription "activoxy power." Between this element and the left, arc-shaped side of the label, on a black background, are the inscriptions: 5wl at the top, and below it, LEMON in capital letters, both in yellow. Below them, in rows, are the inscriptions: "washing," "polishing," "water softening," "glass protection," "dishwasher protection," and the inscription in a distinctive white font: "anti-corrosion," with the word "system" in small, yellow, italic font below. Below the "anti-corrosion system" inscription, a red graphic element is placed in the form of an arc line, running from the top toward the left side of the label, then curving sharply in the opposite direction and upwards, ending with an arrow near the last letter of the word "system." The second version of the label, based on an industrial design, is shaped like a stylized boot. The upper, shorter side is approximately 0.7 of the longest length at the bottom of the label. The upper right side is a straight vertical line that merges into an arc line at a height of approximately 1/z of the label, with the line changing direction at its widest point and then running in the opposite direction, connecting with the lower, straight side. All corners of the label are curved. Above the word "robot" is the inscription: "dishwasher powder." Above the bowl, a decorative element made of blue, white, and green spheres of varying sizes extends upwards to the right, topped with light reflections in the form of white and blue rays. In the upper left corner is a quadrangular figure, as on the first label variant, with the inscription "kilogram." The yellow, arched graphic element, located to the left of the bowl, features the inscription "active power." Between the inscription "1 kilogram" and the upper part of the bowl, rows of inscriptions read "enhanced dirt removal" and "two-phase washing." The third label variant, following the industrial design, has a shape similar to the second variant; it is proportionally higher and wider. Almost all of the graphic elements and inscriptions are identical. In the upper left corner, there's a quadrangular figure, as on the first and second label variations, with the inscription: 2.5 kilograms. The fourth label variation, following the industrial design, is rectangular. Above the word "robot" is the inscription: "dishwasher salt." Above the chalice bowl, a decorative element extends upwards to the right, made of sharp-edged blue-and-white blocks of varying sizes, topped with light reflections in the form of white and blue rays. Next to it is a red element, similar in shape to a stylized triangle, one side of which touches the right side of the label, while the other side, located next to the chalice bowl, is fancifully jagged, and the triangle's base is an upward arc. Parallel to the arc at the base of this triangular figure is the yellow inscription "easy dosing," with a black arc arrow below it. In the upper left corner is a quadrangular figure, as in label variations 1-3, with the inscription "1.5 kilograms." The yellow, arc-shaped graphic element, located to the left of the goblet, bears the inscription "crystal power." On a black field, to the left of the arc-shaped yellow graphic element, are rows of inscriptions: "dishwasher protection," "dishware protection," and "water softening." The fifth label variation, following the industrial design, has a quadrangular shape with two horizontal parallel sides, the lower one being larger than the upper one, connected by two straight sides that slope downward. The figure has all rounded corners. At the junction with the right side of the chalice bowl, there is a blue-white, star-like light reflection. Above the word "robot" there is an inscription in three rows: "rinse aid for dishwashers". On the yellow, arched graphic element on the left side of the glass there is an inscription: "brilliant power". In the upper right corner there is a quadrangular figure, with the shape and colors as in varieties 1-4, on which there is an inscription: 500 milliliters.
