Nasadka na butelki do perfum Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nasadka na butelki do perfum. Wzór przemyslowy stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolorystyke, material wytworu oraz przez jego ornamentacje. Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nasadka na butelki do perfum z tworzywa sztucznego w postaci czworokatnego graniastoslupa o podstawie prostokata i posiada w dolnej podstawie w je j osi symetrii kol- nierzowy wypust w ksztalcie kola w którym wykonany jest cylindryczny otwór biegnacy do górnej czesci graniastoslupa, przy czym górna czesc otworu jest nieprzelotowa. Nasadka posiada scianki bezbarwne wykonczo- ne u dolu i góry kolorowymi paskami na calym obwodzie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia nasadke w widoku z przodu, fig.2 - w widoku z góry. Nasadka na butelki do perfum jest wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego w postaci czworokatnego graniastoslupa o podstawie prostokata. W dolnej czesci podstawy w je j osi symetrii znajduje sie kolnierzowy wypust w ksztalcie kola w którym wykonany jest cylindryczny otwór biegnacy do górnej czesci graniastoslupa. Górna czesc otworu jest nieprzelotowa, jak pokazano na fig. 1 i fig.2. Nasadka posiada scianki bezbarwne wykonczoneu dolu i góry kolorowymi paskami na calym obwodzie, jak pokazano na fig.l i fig. 2 . Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nasadka na butelki do perfum wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego w postaci graniastoslupa o podstawie prostokata i posiada w dolnej podstawie w jej osi symetrii t kolnierzowy wypust w ksztalcie kola, 'w którym jest wykonany cylindryczny otwór biegnacy do górnej czesci graniastoslupa, na której to wysokosci jest nieprzelotowy, przy czym nasadka posiada scianki bezbarw- ne wykonczone u dolu i góry kolorowymi paskami na calym obwodzie.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PLPerfume Bottle Cap. The subject of the industrial design is a perfume bottle cap. The industrial design represents a new and unique form of the product, given to it in particular by the characteristics of the product's lines, contours, shapes, colors, materials, and ornamentation. The novelty and originality of the industrial design lies in the plastic perfume bottle cap in the form of a quadrangular prism with a rectangular base. Its lower base, along its axis of symmetry, has a flanged, circular projection in which a cylindrical opening is made, extending to the upper part of the prism. The upper part of the opening is blind. The cap has colorless walls finished with colored stripes along the entire circumference at the top and bottom. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the cap from the front, and Fig. 2 from the top. The perfume bottle cap is made of plastic in the form of a quadrangular prism with a rectangular base. At the bottom of the base, on its axis of symmetry, is a circular flanged projection with a cylindrical opening extending into the upper part of the prism. The upper part of the opening is blind, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. The cap has clear walls finished with colored stripes along the entire circumference at the top and bottom, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. The essential features of the industrial design are a perfume bottle cap made of plastic in the form of a prism with a rectangular base and having a collar-shaped projection in the shape of a circle in the lower base, in its axis of symmetry, in which a cylindrical hole is made running to the upper part of the prism, at which height it is blind, and the cap has colorless walls finished at the bottom and top with colored stripes along the entire circumference.
