Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nasadka na butelki do perfum. Wzór przemyslowy stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolorystyke i material wytworu. Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego polega na tym, ze nasadka na butelki do perfum stanowi bryla w ksztalcie wydrazonego walca z glówka w ksztalcie prostokata ze scieciami czterech narozników i scian glówki, przy czym nasadaka posiada wewnatrz cztery zebra umieszczone wzdluz ich osi symetrii, biegnace ukosnie do jej srodka i jest wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia nasadke w ksztalcie walca w widoku z przodu, fig.2 - w widoku z góry. Nasadke na butelki do perfum stanowi bryla w ksztalcie jednostronnie wy- drazonego walca z glówka w ksztalcie prostokata ze scieciami czterech na- rozników i scian glówki, która wewnatrz posiada cztery zebra umieszczone wzdluz osi symetrii, biegnace ukosnie do srodka nasadki, która jest wyko- nana z tworzywa sztucznego, jak pokazano na fig. 1 i 2. Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nasadka na butelki do per- fum w postaci bryly w ksztalcie jednostronnie wydrazonego walca z glów-ka w ksztalcie prostokata ze scieciami czterech narozników i scian glówki, przy czym nasadka posiada wewnatrz cztery zebra umieszczone wzdluz ich osi symetrii, biegnace ukosnie do jej srodka i jest wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a perfume bottle cap. The industrial design represents a new and unique form of the product, given in particular by the product's lines, contours, shapes, colors, and materials. The novelty and originality of the industrial design lies in the fact that the perfume bottle cap is a hollow cylindrical shape with a rectangular head with beveled four corners and head walls. The cap has four ribs inside, placed along its axis of symmetry, running diagonally to its center, and is made of plastic. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the cylindrical cap from the front, and Fig. 2 from the top. The perfume bottle cap is a solid in the form of a hollow cylinder on one side with a rectangular head with bevels of four corners and head walls, which has four ribs inside placed along the axis of symmetry, running diagonally to the center of the cap, which is made of plastic, as shown in Fig. 1 and 2.
