Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli wypoczynkowych zawierajacy fotel jednoosobowy i kilkuosobowa sofe, stanowiace odmiane mebli wypoczynkowych przeznaczonych zarówno do pomieszczen mieszkalnych jak i pomieszczen reprezentacyjnych gabinetów biurowych, wyposazenia poczekalni o wysokim standardzie itp.. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac elementów skladowych zestawu, przejawiajaca sie w uformowaniu ksztaltowym poszczególnych elementów skladowych i w ukladzie ozdobnych szwów. The subject of the industrial design is a lounge furniture set comprising a single armchair and a multi-seater sofa, constituting a variety of lounge furniture intended for both living spaces and representative office spaces, high-standard waiting room furnishings, etc. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the set's components, manifested in the shape of the individual components and the arrangement of decorative seams. Furthermore, each side between the outer, front and rear, profiles resembling the outlines of a fragment of the silhouette of a standing snake turned horizontally with its head outwards, contain in the area of the concavity of the outline of these profiles, under the fragment imitating the horizontally placed head of the standing snake, a thickening of the profile parallel to this concavity, decorated with a braided decorative cord placed horizontally on the width of this section and above it, and falling equally along the outer line of the outline of the front and rear profile of a given side, as shown in Fig. 1-17. The seat of the armchair and sofa between these sides is a cuboid lying on the longer and at the same time wider side, covered with upholstery material, with the front surface in the line of the front of the sides, while on the seat of the armchair there is one cushion and on the seat of the sofa two identical cushions next to each other, wherein each of the seat cushions has the shape of an approximately rectangular solid with the profile of the lower and upper planes passing gently radially convex from the edges along the entire circumference to the horizontal center, as shown in Fig. 1-17. The backrest of the armchair and sofa has a back surface in one plane with the sides, and between the profile of the inner side of the side and the side of the backrest there is an open space from above, a slot reaching with its bottom the upper surface of the seat cushion, and the outline of the backrest side profile rising to this bottom in the shape of a narrow S-letter, with its upper bend, passes into the upper line of the outline of the upper narrow upper wall of the backrest, gently rising radially towards the center from both sides, wherein the upholstery of the sides and the backrest below the slots separating them is connected by a common connecting seam, furthermore the front surface of the backrest descends gently diagonally towards the seat, as shown in Fig. 1-17 The backrest cushion of the seat, visibly adjacent to the backrest of the seat from the front, is higher than the backrest and visibly protrudes beyond this backrest upwards, wherein in the front view it has the profile of a shaped cuboid with the extremities of the lower corners profiled correspondingly to the inner radial profile of the side of the seat, and its side profile has a rounded lower and upper outline, wherein the cushion rests slightly obliquely on the backrest and is slightly convex over its entire surface towards the front, as shown in Fig. 1-17. Each backrest cushion of the sofa, visibly adjacent to the backrest of the sofa at the front, is higher than the backrest and projects visibly upwards beyond the backrest, wherein in a front view it has the profile of a shaped cuboid with the extremities of the lower corners profiled correspondingly to the inner radial profile of the side of the armchair, and a straight profile on the side of the adjacent cushion, and its side profile has a rounded lower and upper outline, wherein the cushion rests slightly obliquely on the backrest and is slightly convex towards the front, as shown in Fig. 1-17. The legs of the sofa and the armchair have a rectangular circumferential outline with the width of the front profile of the side under which each is situated, with the shaped side profile tapering evenly from the edge from the widest dimension in a stepped line upwards towards inside, as shown in Fig. 1-17. The backrest cushions may be upholstered in a colored fabric contrasting with the main upholstery, as shown in Fig. 1-17. The main outer upholstery of the sides, seat and backrest, and the seat cushions of the armchair and sofa are made of the same upholstery material, with subsequent variations of the set differing among themselves by additional sewn-on decorative overlays on the seat, sides and backrest, and additional seat cushions near the backrest, as shown in Fig. 1-17. In the first variant of the set of lounge furniture according to the industrial design, shown in Fig. 1, 1a, the backrest cushion of the armchair and the backrest cushions of the sofa are made in the shape of an approximately softly arranged cuboid with the extreme lower corners formed in accordance with the inner lower profile of the sides, and the upper extreme corners placed over the upper parts of the sides that protrude outwards. each backrest cushion of the sofa, visibly adjacent to the backrest of the sofa from the front, is higher than the backrest and protrudes visibly upwards beyond the backrest upwards, wherein in the front view it has a profile of a shaped cuboid with the extremities of the lower corners profiled correspondingly to the inner radial profile of the armchair side, and a straight profile on the side of the adjacent cushion, and its side profile has a rounded lower and upper outline, the cushion resting slightly obliquely on the backrest and being slightly convex towards the front, as shown in Fig. 1-17. -
