Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli wypoczynkowych zawierajacy fotel jednoosobowy i kilkuosobowa sofe, stanowiace odmiane mebli wypoczynkowych przeznaczonych zarówno do pomieszczen mieszkalnych jak i pomieszczen reprezentacyjnych gabinetów biurowych, wyposazenia poczekalni o wysokim standardzie itp.. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu elementów skladowych zestawu urzeczywistniona w przedstawianych odmianach fotela i sofy, przejawiajaca sie w uformowaniu ksztaltowym poszczególnych elementów skladowych i ukladzie szwów w danej odmianie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym na Fig.l-Fig.7C uwidoczniono poszczególne odmiany fotela i sofy, przy czym na arkuszu zbiorowym: na Fig.l - pokazano zestaw z fotelem jednoosobowym i sofa dwuosobowa w ogólnym widoku aksonometrycznym z przodu z jedna odmiana nóg, na Fig.2 - pokazano zestaw z fotelem jednoosobowym i sofa dwuosobowa w ogólnym widoku aksonometrycznym z przodu z druga odmiana nóg, na Fig.3 zestaw z fotelem jednoosobowym i sofe z trzema miejscami siedzacymi w ogólnym widoku aksonometrycznym z przodu, z nogami jak na Fig. 1 na Fig.4 zestaw z fotelem jednoosobowym i sofa z trzema miejscami siedzacymi w ogólnym widoku aksonometrycznym z przodu, z nogami jak na Fig.2a na uzupelniajacych arkusz zbiorowy pozostalych arkuszach, z wyraznie zaznaczonymi szwami i przeszyciami ozdobnymi w postaci stebnówek oraz szwami laczeniowymi pokazano: - na Fig. 5A widok fotela i jednoczesnie kazdej sofy z boku z fragmentami konstrukcji siedziska i oparcia widocznymi w wycieciach po usunieciu drugiego boku, na Fig.5B fotel w widoku z przodu, na Fig.5C w widoku z góry, a na Fig.5D w widoku z tylu - na Fig.6A-Fig.6C w identycznych widokach pokazano sofe z dwoma miejscami, a - na Fig.7A-7C w identycznych widokach pokazano sofe z trzema miejscami siedzacymi. Znane zestawy wypoczynkowe zawieraja fotel i sofe, przy czym zarówno fotel jak i sofa skladaja sie z konstrukcji nosnej, boków z nogami, siedziska z oparciem i ewentualnie dodatkowych poduszek na oparciu i na siedzisku, z róznego rodzaju obiciem i szwami i przeszyciami ozdobnymi widocznymi na zewnatrz materialu obiciowego pokrywajacego poszczególne elementy. Zestaw mebli wypoczynkowych wedlug wzoru przemyslowego sklada sie z fotela jednoosobowego i kilkuosobowej sofy w zaleznosci od odmiany zestawu. Fotel jak i sofa ma boki z nogami, konstrukcje nosna siedziska z oparciem, i poduszki na oparciu i siedzisku jak pokazano na Fig.l- Fig.7C. We wszystkich odmianach zestawu mebli wypoczynkowych wedlug wzoru uzytkowego boki fotela i boki sofy sa w przyblizeniu prostopadloscianami, których zarys górnej powierzchni pokrytej obiciem, w widoku na bok fotela i sofy, jest symetrycznie lekko wypukly w góre, a zarys ich dolnej powierzchni jest lekko równolegle wklesly w góre, jak pokazano na Fig.l, Fig.2, Fig. 3 i Fig.4. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig.1-Fig.7C show individual variants of the armchair and sofa, wherein on the collective sheet: Fig.1 - shows a set with a single-seater armchair and a two-seater sofa in a general axonometric view from the front with one variant of the legs, Fig.2 - shows a set with a single-seater armchair and a two-seater sofa in a general axonometric view from the front with the second variant of the legs, Fig.3 shows a set with a single-seater armchair and a three-seater sofa in a general axonometric view from the front, with legs as in Fig.1, Fig.4 shows a set with a single-seater armchair and a three-seater sofa in a general axonometric view from the front, with legs as in Fig.2a, on the remaining sheets supplementing the collective sheet, with clearly marked seams and decorative stitching in the form of topstitching and connecting seams are shown: - Fig. 5A shows a side view of the armchair and each sofa from the side with fragments of the seat and backrest structure visible in cutouts after removing the other side, Fig. 5B shows the armchair from the front, Fig. 5C shows a top view, and Fig. 5D shows a rear view, Figs. 6A-Fig. 6C shows identical views of a two-seat sofa, and Figs. 7A-7C shows identical views of a three-seat sofa. Known lounge sets include an armchair and a sofa, wherein both the armchair and the sofa consist of a supporting structure, sides with legs, a seat with a backrest, and optionally additional cushions on the backrest and on the seat, with various types of upholstery and decorative seams and stitching visible on the outside of the upholstery material covering the individual elements. The industrial design lounge furniture set consists of a single-seater armchair and a multi-seater sofa, depending on the set variant. The armchair and sofa have sides with legs, a supporting seat structure with a backrest, and cushions on the backrest and seat, as shown in Fig. 1-Fig. 7C. In all variants of the utility design lounge furniture set, the armchair sides and sofa sides are approximately cuboids, the outline of the upper upholstered surface of which, in a side view of the armchair and sofa, is symmetrically slightly convex upward, and the outline of their lower surface is parallel slightly concave upward, as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, and Fig. 4. Each side of the armchair and sofa at the front has on its narrow horizontal upper edge a decorative edge stitching running towards the seat, from where this edge stitching then runs on one side along the front inner height of the side and on the other side along the upper outer edge of the side to the rear, from where the narrow upper edge passes towards the backrest and then along the inner height down to the bottom, as shown in Figs. 5A-7C. Furthermore, each side of the armchair and sofa and the seat cushion has a visible horizontal central decorative perimeter stitching at the same level, and on the outside each side of the armchair and sofa has vertical decorative stitching forming together with said perimeter stitching a grid of rectangles with recesses at their mutual intersections as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 and Fig. 5A-7C. The supporting structure of the seat of the armchair and sofa has a front wall rectangular in outline, with vertical decorative seams dividing the seating areas on the upholstery, and on this structure a seat cushion with a front surface protruding with a lateral outline in front of the side lines, passing into a horizontal upper surface with a radial rounding of the outline towards the backrest, wherein the seat cushion of the armchair and sofa has decorative edge seams on the front edges of its covering and a lower seam at the lower horizontal edge, while the seat cushion of the sofa has an additional decorative seam dividing its seating areas as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 and Fig. 5A-7C. The back cushion of the armchair and sofa has a rear wall slightly diagonal from the top extending down to its front lower end with a descending parabolic radius of its outline visible from the side and has decorative seams visible on its front extremities at both sides reaching to the upper edge of the radial inflection of its outline, where they are joined by a common rear longitudinal section of this decorative seam visible from above and from the rear, while the back cushion of the sofa has an additional decorative seam dividing its seating areas as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 and Fig. 5A-7C. At the same time, the armchair and sofa cushions lie on the seat below the upper planes of the sides which also function as armrests, as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 and Fig. 5A-7C. The horizontal width of the backrest cushion and the seat cushion is the same, as shown in Fig. 1 , Fig. 2 , Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 and Figs. 5A-7C. On the back side, the armchair and each sofa have additional visible decorative joining seams indicated by a thin solid line, as shown in Fig. 5D , Fig. 6C and Fig. 7C. In a first variation of the industrial design lounge furniture set, the set comprises a single-seater armchair and a two-seater sofa with a two-seater cushion on the seat and a corresponding double cushion on the backrest, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. In a second variation of the industrial design lounge furniture set, the set comprises a single-seater armchair and a three-seater sofa with a three-seater cushion on the seat and a corresponding triple cushion on the backrest, as shown in Fig. 3 and Fig. 4. In the third variant of the set of lounge furniture according to the industrial design, the legs of the armchair and sofa of the set have a rectangle outline in the front view, and an isosceles trapezoid outline in the side view, and are made of solid wood or plastic as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 3. In the fourth variant of the set of lounge furniture according to the industrial design, the legs of the armchair and sofa of the set have a rectangle outline in the front view, and an outline of a vertical supporting flat bar in the side view, which is a right-angle bend from the bottom strip adjacent to the bottom of the given side of the armchair or sofa with an outline slightly symmetrically concave upwards, as shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 4. Essential features of the industrial design A set of lounge furniture according to the industrial design, consisting of a single-seater armchair and a multi-seater sofa, in which both the armchair and the sofa have a supporting structure with legs, sides, a seat with a backrest, and additional cushions on the backrest and the seat as shown in Fig. 1- Fig. 7C, is characterized in that: - the sides of the armchair and the sides of the sofa are approximately cuboids, the outline of which of the upper surface covered with the upholstery, in a side view of the armchair and the sofa, is symmetrically slightly convex upwards, and the outline of their lower surface is slightly concave upwards in parallel, as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 - each side at the front has on its narrow upper horizontal edge a decorative edge seam running towards the seat, from where this edge seam then runs on one side along the front inner height of the side and on the other along the upper outer edge of the side to the rear, from where a narrow upper edge passes towards the backrest and then along the inner height down to the bottom, as shown in Fig.5A-7C. - each side of the armchair and sofa and the seat cushion has a visible horizontal central decorative perimeter stitching at the same level, and on the outside each side of the armchair and sofa has vertical decorative stitching forming, together with said perimeter stitching, a grid of rectangles with recesses at their mutual intersections, as shown in Fig.1, Fig.2, Fig.3 and Fig.4 and Fig.5A-7C. - the supporting structure of the seat of the armchair and sofa has a front wall of rectangular shape, with vertical decorative seams dividing the seating areas on the upholstery, and on this structure a seat cushion with a front surface protruding with a lateral outline in front of the side lines, passing into a horizontal upper surface with a radial rounding of the outline towards the backrest, wherein the seat cushion of the armchair and sofa has decorative edge seams on the front edges of its cover and a lower seam at the lower horizontal edge, while the seat cushion of the sofa has an additional decorative seam dividing its seating areas as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 and Fig. 5A-7C. - the back cushion of the armchair and sofa has a rear wall slightly diagonal from the top passing down to its front lower end with a falling parabolic radius of the outline visible from the side and has decorative seams visible at both sides on its front edges reaching the upper edge of the radial inflection of its outline, where they are connected by a common rear longitudinal section of this decorative seam visible from above and from the back, while the back cushion of the sofa has an additional decorative seam dividing its seating areas as shown in Fig.1, Fig.2, Fig.3 and Fig.4 and Fig.5A-7C. • the armchair and sofa cushions lie on the seat below the upper planes of the sides which also function as armrests, as shown in Fig.1 and Fig.2, Fig.3 and Fig.4 and Fig.5A-7C • the horizontal width of the back cushion and the seat cushion is the same as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 - in the first variant of a set of lounge furniture according to the industrial design, the set comprises a one-seater armchair and a two-seater sofa with a two-seater cushion on the seat and a corresponding double cushion on the backrest as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. - in the second variant of a set of lounge furniture according to the industrial design, the set comprises a one-seater armchair and a three-seater sofa with three three-seater cushion on the seat and a corresponding triple cushion on the backrest as shown in Fig. 3 and Fig. 4. - in the third variant of a set of lounge furniture according to the industrial design, the legs of the armchair and sofa of the set have in the front view the outline of a rectangle, and in the side view the outline of an isosceles trapezoid, and are made as solid pieces of wood or plastic as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 3; - in the fourth variant of the set of lounge furniture according to the industrial design, the legs of the armchair and sofa of the set have a rectangular outline in the front view, and from the side view, an outline of a vertical supporting flat bar constituting a bend at a right angle from the bottom strip adjacent to the bottom of a given side of the armchair or sofa with an outline slightly symmetrically concave upwards, as shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 4.
