Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli wypoczynkowych zawierajacy fotel jednoosobowy i kilkuosobowa sofe, stanowiace odmiane mebli wypoczynkowych przeznaczonych zarówno do pomieszczen mieszkalnych jak i pomieszczen reprezentacyjnych gabinetów biurowych, wyposazenia poczekalni o wysokim standardzie itp.. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac elementów skladowych zestawu, przejawiajaca sie w uformowaniu ksztaltowym poszczególnych elementów skladowych i w ukladzie ozdobnych szwów. The subject of the industrial design is a lounge furniture set comprising a single armchair and a multi-seater sofa, constituting a variety of lounge furniture intended for both living spaces and representative office spaces, high-standard waiting room furnishings, etc. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the set's components, manifested in the shape of the individual components and the arrangement of decorative seams. Known lounge sets include an armchair and a sofa, wherein both the armchair and the sofa consist of a supporting structure, legs, sides, seat, backrest and cushions on the backrest and seat, with various types of upholstery and decorative stitching visible on the outside of the upholstery material covering the individual elements. The set of lounge furniture according to the industrial design consists of a single-seater armchair and a multi-seater sofa, wherein both the armchair and the sofa have sides, legs, a supporting structure of the seat, a backrest and cushions on the backrest and the seat as shown in Fig. 1- Fig. 12. In the set of lounge furniture according to the industrial design, the sides of the armchair and the sofa in the external side view have a rectangular outline, in the front view and in the rear view they have the same outline of a profile, approximately rectangular with a shaped, arched-convex upwards upper line of this outline descending radially to the side lines of this profile, a seat with a rectangular front profile and with a horizontal lower line at the height of the lower lines of the front profiles of the sides, with one seat cushion on the armchair and two on the sofa along its entire width, each in the shape of an approximately rectangular solid with a profile lower and upper planes passing gently radially from the edges all around to the horizontal centre, while the backrest, higher than the sides, has a rear rectangular plane situated in the rear planes of both sides and a side profile in the form of a narrow trapezoidal figure with a radially convex upper edge passing into the vertical rear side of this profile and a front side of this profile falling diagonally towards the seat, to which the backrest cushions adjoin, corresponding in front width to the seat cushions, wherein these backrest cushions project visibly upwards beyond this backrest and have a side profile of a diagonally lying rectangle with a radially convex top and bottom outline defined by the circumferential side seams, as shown in Fig. 1-12. The outer upholstery of the side of the armchair and sofa is composed of a horizontally cut lower outer part of the decorative upholstery, reaching approximately one third of the height of the side, made of a material different from the main upholstery, separated by a decorative horizontal seam of the outer part situated above, which covers the remaining outer surface of the side, passing on its inner side down at least to the seat, at the same time the same main upholstery material covers for the greater part from above the front profile of the side, wherein in the lower part the front profile of the side is covered with a material similar to the lower outer part of the side with the decorative upholstery, in such a way that the edge of the top line on the outside of the given side passes onto the front profile of the side in its lower part and falls in a gently concave arc across the width of the front profile of the side, and then passes horizontally onto the seat, which it covers at the front with a narrow horizontal strip reaching from the underside of the seat to an identical arc-shaped part of this decorative upholstery on the other side of the armchair and, respectively, of the sofa, as shown in Fig. 1-12. At the same time, the same basic upholstery material covers for the most part from above the rear profile of each side of the armchair and, respectively, of the sofa, wherein in the lower part the rear profile of the side is covered with decorative upholstery material such as the lower outer part of the side with decorative upholstery, in such a way that the edge of the top line on the outside of the given side passes onto the rear profile of the side in its lower part and falls in a gently concave arc across the width of the rear profile of the side, after which it passes horizontally onto the backrest, which it covers at the rear over its entire width with a narrow horizontal strip reaching from the underside of the backrest to an identical arc-shaped part of this decorative upholstery on the other side of the armchair and, respectively, of the sofa, as shown in Fig. 1-12. The back of the sofa has vertical seams visible from the rear extending to the bottom band of the decorative upholstery with a center seam defining the separation of the back cushions and with two seams on each side of the center seam dividing that area into three equal parts on each side thereof, as shown in Fig. 1-12. The back of the armchair has one center vertical seam visible from the rear extending to the bottom band of the decorative upholstery, as shown in Fig. 1-12. The seat cushions of the armchair and sofa have circumferential decorative seams along the edges of their upper surfaces, as shown in Fig. 1-12. The seat and backrest at the front of the sofa have upholstery divided into two parts by a seam corresponding to the line dividing the seat and back cushions, as shown in Fig. 1-12. The decorative seam of each side of the armchair and sofa runs from the edge of its lower outer part inwards to the seat, where it joins the front seam of the seat connecting it to the side and extending to the decorative seam of the common decorative strip of the upholstery of the front part of the seat and the sides, as shown in Fig. 1-12. The legs of the armchair are situated under the sides at their front and rear ends and have, in a top view, the outline of a non-equal-sided angle with a longer front arm and a shorter side arm, and a cross-section with a front longitudinal wall radially convex outwards, passing into a rectangular outline of the upper part and having an extreme outer side wall with an arc-shaped profile falling downwards inwards, as shown in Fig. 1-12. Essential features of the industrial design A set of lounge furniture according to the industrial design consisting of a one-seater armchair and a two-seater sofa, wherein both the armchair and the sofa have sides, legs, a supporting structure of the seat, a backrest, and cushions on the backrest and the seat as shown in Fig. 1-12, characterized in that: - the sides of the armchair and the sofa, as shown in Fig. 1-12, in a top view the outer side have a rectangular outline, in the front and rear view the same outline of the profile, approximately rectangular with a shaped, arched-convex upwards upper line of this outline descending radially to the side lines of this profile, a seat with a rectangular front profile and with a horizontal lower line at the height of the lower lines of the front profiles of the sides, with one seat cushion on the armchair and two on the sofa across its entire width, each in the shape of an approximately rectangular solid with the profile of the lower and upper planes passing gently radially from the edges along the entire circumference to the horizontal center, while the backrest, higher than the sides, has a rear rectangular plane situated in the rear planes of both sides and a side profile in the form of a narrow trapezoidal figure with a radially convex upper edge passing into the vertical rear side of this - the outer upholstery of the side of the armchair and sofa, as shown in Fig. 1-12, consists of a horizontally cut lower outer part of the decorative trim reaching approximately one third of the height of the side, made of a different material than the main upholstery, separated by a decorative horizontal seam from the outer part situated above, which covers the remaining outer surface of the side, extending to its inner side downwards at least to the seat, at the same time the same main upholstery material covers the front profile for the most part from above side, wherein in its lower part the front profile of the side is covered with a material such as the lower outer part of the side with decorative upholstery, in such a way that the edge of the top line on the outside of the given side passes onto the front profile of the side in its lower part and falls in a gently concave arc across the width of the front profile of the side, after which it passes horizontally onto the seat, which it covers at the front with a narrow horizontal strip reaching from the bottom of the seat to the identical arc part of the decorative upholstery on the other side of the armchair and, respectively, of the sofa. - at the same time the same basic upholstery material, as shown in Fig. 1-12, covers for the most part from the top the rear profile of each side of the armchair and sofa, wherein in the lower part the rear profile of the side is covered with decorative upholstery material such as the lower outer part of the side with decorative upholstery, in such a way that the edge of the top line on the outside of the given side passes onto the rear profile of the side in its lower part and falls in a gently concave arc across the width of the rear profile of the side, after which it passes horizontally onto the backrest, which is covered at the back over its entire width with a narrow horizontal strip reaching the underside of the backrest up to the identical arc part of this decorative upholstery on the other side of the armchair and respectively the sofa, - the backrest of the sofa, as shown in Fig. 1-12, has vertical joining seams visible from the back, reaching the lower strip of the decorative upholstery with the middle one defining the division of the cushions backrest and with two seams on each side of the middle one dividing this surface into three equal parts on each side of it, - the back of the armchair, as shown in Fig. 1-12, has one central vertical joining seam, visible from the back, reaching to the lower band of the decorative upholstery, - the seat cushions of the armchair and sofa have circumferential decorative seams along the edges of their upper planes, as shown in Fig. 1-12, - the seat and backrest at the front of the sofa, as shown in Fig. 1-12, have the upholstery divided into two parts by a joining seam corresponding to the line separating the seat cushions and backrest, - the decorative seam of each side of the armchair and sofa, as shown in Fig. 1-12, runs from the edge of its lower outer part inwards to the seat, where it joins with the front seam of the seat joining it to the side and reaching to the decorative seam of the common decorative band of the upholstery of the front part of the seat and the sides, - the legs of the sofa and armchair, as shown in Fig. 1-12, are situated under the sides at their front and rear edges and in a top view have the outline of a non-equal-sided angle with a longer front arm and a shorter side arm, and a cross profile with a front longitudinal wall radially convex outwards, passing into a rectangular outline of the upper part and has an outermost side wall with an arc-shaped profile falling downwards inwards.
