Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac mebli przejawiajaca sie w ich indywidualnym charakterze nadanym im przez nowe kontury i ksztalty, co wplywa na oryginalny wyglad i podnosi ich walory estetyczne. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na za- laczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia kanape trzyosobowa, fig. 2 - kanape dwuosobowa, fig. 3 - fotel, fig. 4 - kanape trzyosobowa rozlozona, a fig. 5 - pufe. Kanape trzyosobowa stanowi tapicerowane siedzisko z poduchami polaczone z tapicerowanymi oparciami bocznymi i oparciem tylnym. Górna krawedz oparc bocznych ma ksztalt linii krzywej nadajac kanapie elegancji. Na oparciu tylnym usytuowane sa trzy poduchy. The essence of the industrial design is the furniture's new form, manifested in its individual character, given to it by new contours and shapes, which contribute to its original appearance and enhance its aesthetic value. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a three-seater sofa, Fig. 2 a two-seater sofa, Fig. 3 an armchair, Fig. 4 an unfolded three-seater sofa, and Fig. 5 a pouffe. The three-seater sofa comprises an upholstered seat with cushions combined with upholstered side and backrests. The upper edge of the side rests is curved, lending the sofa an elegant touch. Three cushions are located on the backrest. An asymmetrical storage compartment is located under the seat. The sofa can be folded out by tilting the seat cushions. The two-seater sofa features an upholstered seat with cushions connected to upholstered side rests and a backrest. The upper edges of the side rests are curved, giving the sofa an elegant look.
