Komplet mebli wypoczynkowych CLASSICO Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest komplet mebli wypoczynkowych „CLASSICO". Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których na fig. 1 - pokazano kanape naroznik w widoku z przodu, na fig. 2 - kanape trzyosobowa w widoku z przodu, na fig. 3 - kanape trzyosobowa w widoku z boku, na fig. 4 - kanape dwuosobowa w widoku z przodu, na fig. 5 - fotel w widoku z przodu, na fig. 6 - szczyt w widoku z boku, na fig. 7 - pufa w widoku ogólnym, na fig. 8 - podnózek w widoku ogólnym, na fig. 9 - stolik w widoku ogólnym. Komplet mebli wypoczynkowych „CLASSICO" sklada sie z siedmiu czesci: naroznika, kanapy trzyosobowej, kanapy dwuosobowej, fotela, pufy, podnózka i stolika. Wszystkie czesci kompletu maja wspólne elementy konstrukcyjno- dekoracyjne w postaci drewnianych, fantazyjnie zaokraglonych szczytów i nózek. Szczyt stanowi czesc boczna z nózkami, wykonana z barwionej i lakierowanej tarcicy, pokryta' czesciowo materialem obiciowym z uwypuklonympodlokietnikiem. Szczyt moze byc wykonany z róznego rodzaju tarcicy dowolnie wybarwionej. Kanapy i fotel maja symetryczne ulozone poduchy siedziskowe i oparciowe. Pufa i podnózek zaopatrzone sa w pojedyncze poduchy. Poduchy pokryte sa materialem obiciowym jednobarwnym, wzorzystym lub skóra. Nózki pufy, podnózka i stolika sa wykonane z tego samego materialu jak szczyty i nózki kanap i fotela. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the item, manifested in an original shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached photographs, in which fig. 1 - shows a corner sofa in a front view, fig. 2 - a three-seater sofa in a front view, fig. 3 - a three-seater sofa in a side view, fig. 4 - a two-seater sofa in a front view, fig. 5 - an armchair in a front view, fig. 6 - a headboard in a side view, fig. 7 - a general view of a pouffe, fig. 8 - a general view of a footstool, fig. 9 - a general view of a table. The "CLASSICO" lounge furniture set consists of seven pieces: a corner sofa, a three-seater sofa, a two-seater sofa, an armchair, a pouffe, a footstool, and a coffee table. All pieces in the set share common structural and decorative elements in the form of wooden, fancifully rounded headboards and legs. The headboard consists of a side section with legs, made of stained and varnished lumber, partially covered with upholstery material and with a raised armrest. The headboard can be made of various types of lumber in any color. The sofas and armchair have symmetrically arranged seat and back cushions. The pouffe and footstool are equipped with single cushions. The cushions are covered with plain, patterned, or leather upholstery material. The legs of the pouffe, footstool, and table are made of the same material as the tops and legs of the sofas and armchair. Essential features of the industrial design include an original shape, structural elements of the tops and legs made of fancifully curved wood, and cushions covered with upholstery material.
