Butelka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, przeznaczona do konfekcjonowania plynów spozywczych, zwlaszcza alkoholi. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na rysunku, gdzie fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku z boku, a fig. 2 przedstawia butelke w widoku od spodu. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze w przekroju po- przecznym ma ksztalt elipsy, zas jej pobocznica (i) ma zarys elipsy, na- tomiast u dolu pobocznica zakonczona jest promie niem (2), który laczy pobocznice z podstawa skladajaca sie z czesc (3) o ksztalcie odwróco- nego stozka scietego, z czescia o ksztalcie stozka scietego z na prze- mian wkleslo wypukla pobocznica (4) z czescia (5) o ksztalcie pierscienia i z czescia (6) o ksztalcie odwróconego stozka scietego, natomiast górna podstawa (7) ma ksztalt plaski polaczony z szyjka (8) o zarysie hiperboli zakonczona gwintem (9), a poszczególne czesci butelki tworza monolit.Fig.1 Fiq.2 PL PLThe industrial design is for a bottle intended for packaging food liquids, particularly alcohol. The industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the side, and Fig. 2 shows the bottle from the bottom. An important feature of the industrial design is that in cross-section it has the shape of an ellipse, and its side surface (i) has the outline of an ellipse, while at the bottom the side surface is terminated with a radius (2) which connects the side surfaces with the base consisting of a part (3) in the shape of an inverted truncated cone, with a part in the shape of a truncated cone, with an alternating concave-convex side surface (4), with a part (5) in the shape of a ring and with a part (6) in the shape of an inverted truncated cone, while the upper base (7) has a flat shape connected to the neck (8) in the shape of a hyperbola terminated with a thread (9), and the individual parts of the bottle form a monolith.
