Butelka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, przeznaczona do prze- chowywania plynów, w szczególnosci napojów alkoholowych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki, przejawiajaca sie w je j ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i powierzchni. Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma ksztalt walca o przekroju po- przecznym w ksztalcie plaskiego owalu, którego krótsza os symetrii zachowuje ten sam wymiar od podstawy butelki do jej górnej czesci, natomiast dluzsza os symetrii owalu, nieznacznie zmniejszona w polowie wysokosci butelki, zwieksza sie stopniowo przy podstawie butelki, tworzac w jej plaszczyznie czolowej wy- profilowana rozszerzona podstawe. Wokól owalnego dna butelki znajduje sie wypukly pierscien z trapezowym wycieciem posrodku jednego z dluzszych bo- ków owalu, a nad nim na sciance butelki wykonane sa dwa prostokatne wglebie- nia. Butelka w górnej czesci ma ksztalt splaszczonej kopuly i przechodzi po lu- ku do koncówki wlewowej w ksztalcie walca o przekroju kolowym zakonczone- go kolnierzem w postaci plaskiego pierscienia. Cala butelka wykonana jest z ma-towego szkla za wyjatkiem pierscienia koncówki wlewowej, wykonanego ze szkla przejrzystego. PL PLThe industrial design is for a bottle intended for storing liquids, particularly alcoholic beverages. The essence of the design is the new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape, arrangement of lines, and surfaces. According to the industrial design, the bottle has the shape of a cylinder with a cross-section in the shape of a flat oval, whose shorter axis of symmetry maintains the same dimension from the bottle's base to its top. The longer axis of symmetry of the oval, slightly reduced halfway up the bottle, gradually increases at the bottle's base, creating a profiled, expanded base in its frontal plane. Around the oval bottom of the bottle is a convex ring with a trapezoidal cutout in the center of one of the oval's longer sides, and above it, two rectangular recesses are made on the bottle wall. The bottle's upper section is shaped like a flattened dome and curves to a cylindrical, circular-cross-section pouring spout terminated with a flat-ring collar. The entire bottle is made of frosted glass, except for the pouring spout ring, which is made of clear glass. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The industrial design bottle is cylindrical in shape with a flat oval cross-section, the shorter axis of symmetry of which maintains the same dimension from the bottle's base to its top. The longer axis of symmetry of the oval, slightly reduced halfway up the bottle, gradually widens at the base, creating a profiled, expanded base at its frontal plane. A convex ring surrounds the oval bottom of the bottle. The upper part of the bottle has the shape of a flattened dome, arching to a cylindrical, circular-cross-section filling spout with a flat, ring-shaped flange. The entire bottle is made of frosted glass, except for the filling spout ring, which is made of clear glass.
