Element spiralowy wedlug wynalazku stanowi ustrój przestrzenny o zamknietym obrysie przekro¬ ju poprzecznego, skladajacy sie z pretów równo¬ leglych do siebie, wewnatrz którego znajduje sie spirala rozpychajaca, a na zewnatrz spirala sciska¬ jaca. 1 przedstawia element spiralowy w wi¬ doku z boku, fig. 2 przedstawia przekrój poprzeczny elementu spiralowego o obrysie kwadratowym, fig. 3 przedstawia przekrój poprzeczny elementu spiralo¬ wego o obrysie trójkatnym, fig. 4 przedstawia prze¬ krój poprzeczny elementu spiralowego o obrysie szesciokatnym, fig. 5 przedstawia przekrój po- 122 876122 876 3 przeczny elementu spiralowego o przekroju kolo¬ wym, fig. 6 przedstawia widok aksonometryczny elementu spiralowego, fig, 7 przedstawia widok przelotowego slupa elektroenergetycznego wykona¬ nego z elementów spiralowych, fig. 8 przedstawia widok odporowonaroznego slupa elektroenergetycz¬ nego wykonanego z elementów spiralowych, fig. 9 przedstawia widok slupa elektroenergetycznego, wykonanego z elementów spiralowych, a fig. 10 przedstawia widok masztu z odciagami wykona¬ nego z elementów spiralowych. There are pole structures made of steel, such as masts, poles and cover-bearing elements, which always have the character of a single full-body pole, that is, they are crunches or plate girders, or they have the character of a spatial truss - a structural system composed of rods forming a spatial structure. Important elements of these structures are fasteners such as screws, rivets or welds. The execution of these connections, and hence the construction, is associated with the need to make holes, using screws or rivets, electrodes, welding machines and other materials and auxiliary equipment. The production of these structures is related to the material consumption of auxiliary materials. Surprisingly, it turned out that these inconveniences can be overcome by developing a spiral element and a method of its production. According to the invention, the spiral element is a spatial structure with a closed cross-section, consisting of The method of making the spiral element is based on the fact that in the pre-retracted spiral, the inner spiral is arranged from the rods, and on the outside there is a compression spiral. parallel to each other spatial structure, then between these bars, stretched internal spirals are introduced. In turn, the internal spiral is compressed, and the external spiral is gradually stretched, which, by clamping the longitudinal rods between the spirals, creates a geometrically unchanged spatial element. relatively low slenderness due to any large spacing of the angle bars. Another advantage of the spiral element is the elimination of 90 to 95% of joints by means of bolts and welds. In the assembly field, the advantage of the spiral element is that it allows a structure to be built with fewer assemblies due to the fact that the element a spiral having a low slenderness and at the same time high spatial stiffness can be designed of considerable length. The subject matter of the invention is shown in the embodiment examples shown in the drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the spiral element in a side view, Fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view of a square helix element, FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of a triangular helix element, FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of a hexagonal helix element, FIG. 5 is a cross sectional view. a circular cross-section of a spiral element, Fig. 6 shows an axonometric view of a spiral element, Fig. 7 shows an axonometric view. 8 shows a view of a spiral-shaped power pole made of spiral elements, Fig. 9 shows a view of a power pole made of spiral elements, and Fig. 10 shows a view of a strainer mast made of spiral elements. The spiral element is made in such a way that in the pre-shifted outer spiral 1 a spatial structure 2 parallel to each other is formed with a polygonal or circular shape in the cross-section. In turn, between the rods 2, the stretched internal spiral 3 is introduced. Then the external spiral 1 is stretched, and the wire is stretched, the rods 2 are clamped between the spirals 1 and 3 and forms a geometrically unchanging spatial element. , especially for supporting structures for overhead power lines, characterized by the fact that it is a spatial structure with a closed cross-sectional contour, consisting of rods (2) parallel to each other, inside which there is a winding spiral (3) and the compression helix (1) on the outside. 2. The method of making a spiral element, especially for supporting structures for overhead power lines, characterized by the fact that in the pre-moved outer spiral (1) it is arranged by rods (2) parallel to each other, and then between the rods (2) ) first the stretched inner spiral (3) is inserted, then it is compressed, then the outer spiral (1) is stretched, which by clamping the longitudinal rods (2) between the spirals (1 and 3) forms a geometrically unchanging spatial element. 7 iyy * i, i .. ¦ * vll 3 II JE Fig. From Fig. 3122 876 Fig. 5 fty-4122 876 Fig. 10 Print.
