Abstract

Urządzenie do pomiaru kruchości i tekstury owoców i warzyw, zwłaszcza jabłek składa się z czujnika (6) siły, mechanizmu śrubowego (3), stolika (4) z podstawą (5), ramy (2) nośnej, podstawy (1), urządzeń elektronicznych do sterowania ruchem stolika (8) i rejestrowania sygnałów (9) oraz głowicy (7) akustycznej. Na podstawie (1) przymocowana jest rama (2) nośna i mechanizm śrubowy (3), do którego zamocowany jest stolik (4) z podstawą (5), do górnej części ramy nośnej przymocowany jest czujnik (6) siły, jednym końcem do ramy (2), zaś drugim końcem do głowicy (7) akustycznej. Mechanizm śrubowy (3) sterowany jest układem mikroprocesorowym (8), zaś głowica (7) akustyczna i czujnik (6) siły podłączone są do urządzenia rejestrująco-analizującego (9).
