Abstract

Zacisk zawiera przymocowaną do dźwigara (1) kasetkę (2) utworzoną z dwóch symetrycznych okładzin (3, 4), wykonanych z płaskownika w kształcie litery U z jednym krótszym bokiem (13), w którym jest otwór (14). Między okładzinami jest sworzeń (5) i element klinujący (6) z wzdłużnym otworem biegnącym skośnie do jego bocznej krawędzi. W krótszych bokach (13) okładzin (3, 4) są otwory (14), w których osadzony jest sworzeń (5). Otwory (14) są większe od obrysu przekroju poprzecznego sworznia (5) o luz nie mniejszy niż 0,5 mm. Sworzeń (5) ma w przekroju poprzecznym kształt kątownika, którego krawędzie są wpisane w półokrąg o promieniu nie mniejszym niż 6 mm, a grubość jego półek jest nie mniejsza niż 2 mm.
