Abstract

Zacisk zawiera przymocowaną do dźwigara (1) kasetkę (2), utworzoną z dwóch symetrycznych okładzin (3, 4), między którymi jest sworzeń (5) i element klinujący (6) z wzdłużnym otworem biegnącym skośnie do jego bocznej krawędzi. Okładziny (3, 4) wykonane z profilu aluminiowego posiadają kształt zbliżony do litery F, w którym boczna półka ma obrzeże (13) dostosowane do zarysu zewnętrznej powierzchni dźwigara (1), do którego są przyspawane, natomiast między pozostałymi dwiema poprzecznymi półkami (14, 15) jest rowek o szerokości k takiej, że sworzeń (5) umieszczony w tym rowku spasowany jest, korzystnie, na wcisk. Sworzeń (5) posiada w przekroju poprzecznym kształt kątownika, którego krawędzie są wpisane w półokrąg o promieniu nie mniejszym niż 6 mm, a grubość jego półek jest nie mniejsza niż 2 mm. Ponadto w czołowej poprzecznej półce (15) każdej okładziny (3, 4) i ścianie kątownika sworznia (5) są otwory, w które są wbite kołki (16).
