Abstract

Rozwiązanie dotyczy systemu smarowania liny stalowej, przy czym system smarowania (16) jest przystosowany do użytku w połączeniu z układem (10), przy czym system smarowania (16) zawiera: przewód rurowy (18) przystosowany do zamontowania w pobliżu bębna liny (14) do doprowadzania oleju smarującego ze zbiornika (32) oleju smarującego, co najmniej jedną dyszę (20) połączoną z przewodem rurowym (18), do rozpylania oleju smarującego na linę stalową (12), gdy lina stalowa (12) nawinięta jest na bęben liny (14), przy czym dysza (20) jest przystosowana do zamontowania w połączeniu z bębnem liny (14), pompę (24) do pompowania oleju smarującego, połączoną z przewodem rurowym (18) oraz urządzenie sterujące do obsługi pompy (24). Pompa (24) jest pompą wysokociśnieniową (24) doprowadzającą olej smarujący pod ciśnieniem 20 - 100 bar, korzystnie 40 - 70 bar. Rozwiązanie dotyczy również układu i sposobu smarowania liny stalowej.
