Abstract

Reaktor do termolizy odpadów gumowych charakteryzuje się tym, że składa się z walczaka (1) zakończonego w górnej części łukową dennicą z osadzonym króćcem (2) frakcji gazowej, zaś w dolnej części stożkiem z umieszczonym w nim ślimakowym mieszadłem (3) z wyładowczym króćcem (4), przy czym walczak (1) umocowany jest w cylindrycznej konstrukcji komory spalania (5), w której przy podstawie znajdują się rozmieszczone przeciwległe pod kątem z każdej strony α = 5 - 25° dwa kanały z osadzonymi w nich palnikami (6), zaś na bocznej powierzchni walczaka (1), w jego części środkowej znajduje się załadowczy króciec (7).
