Abstract

Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest okno dachowe obejmujące ościeżnicę z wieloma elementami (11) wyznaczającymi płaszczyznę ościeżnicy przystosowaną do połączenia ze strukturą nośną dachu budynku, skrzydło z wieloma elementami (21) utrzymujące szybę wyznaczającą płaszczyznę skrzydła przedstawioną za pomocą linii górnej szyby, oraz zespół (4) zawiasy obejmujący zestaw (5) zawias, z których każda zawiera ościeżnicową część (51) zawiasy przystosowaną do połączenia z jednym bocznym elementem (11) ościeżnicy w stanie zmontowanym, oraz skrzydłową część (52) zawiasy połączoną z jednym bocznym elementem (21) skrzydła naprzeciwko wymienionego elementu (11) ościeżnicy w stanie zmontowanym, oraz wymieniona skrzydłowa część (52) zawiasy przystosowana jest do obracania się względem ościeżnicowej części (51) zawiasy wokół osi zawiasy przebiegającej zasadniczo prostopadle do kierunku wzdłużnego bocznego elementu (11) ościeżnicy i bocznego elementu (21) skrzydła w stanie zmontowanym, w obrębie wstępnie zdefiniowanego zakresu kątowego, środki prowadzące zapewniające prowadzenie skrzydłowej części (52) zawiasy względem ościeżnicowej części (51) zawiasy, oraz środki modulujące ruch przystosowane do oddziaływania na zawiasę (5), aby wpływać na ruch skrzydłowej części (52) zawiasy względem ościeżnicowej części (51) zawiasy co najmniej na części wstępnie zdefiniowanego zakresu kątowego, charakteryzujący się tym, że ościeżnicowa część (51) zawiasy i skrzydłowa część (52) zawiasy (5) połączone są ze sobą sworzniem (53) zawiasy tak, że oś zawiasy przebiega przez ościeżnicową część (51) zawiasy i skrzydłową część (52) zawiasy, przy czym środki prowadzące usytuowane są w pewnej odległości od sworznia (53) zawiasy i w połączeniu ze środkami modulującymi ruch, oraz środki prowadzące obejmują urządzenie przekładniowe (6), tym, że środki modulujące ruch obejmują urządzenie naprężające (7), i tym, że oś zespołu (4) zawiasy jest umiejscowiona po zewnętrznej stronie wyznaczonej przez linię górnej szyby.
