Abstract

Urządzenie uplastyczniające wytłaczarki składa się z obudowy (1), w której umieszczony jest pierwszy cylinder (2), wewnątrz którego znajduje się drugi cylinder (3) z rowkami wzdłużnymi. W każdym rowku drugiego cylindra (3) znajduje się płytka uchylna (6) w kształcie klina zamocowana wahliwie od strony wlotowej do drugiego cylindra (3). Każda płytka uchylna (6) styka się od strony zewnętrznej z końcem klina zespołu sterującego (5), przy czym każdy klin połączony jest jednym końcem ze stopniowaną rurą, na której stopniu o mniejszej średnicy znajduje się gwint zewnętrzny, który współpracuje z gwintem wewnętrznym na nakrętce (10) umieszczonej od strony zasypu (8). Wewnątrz zespołu sterującego (5) od strony zasypu (8) znajduje się tuleja zabezpieczająca (4) z tarczą na jej końcu, w której znajdują się otwory na kliny. Tarcza styka się z końcami płytek uchylnych (6) od strony wylotowej. Tuleja zabezpieczająca (4) usytuowana jest od strony nakrętki (10).The extruder plasticizing device consists of a housing (1) in which the first cylinder (2) is placed, inside which there is a second cylinder (3) with longitudinal grooves. In each groove of the second cylinder (3) there is a wedge-shaped hinged plate (6) mounted pivotally from the inlet side to the second cylinder (3). Each tilting plate (6) contacts the outside with the wedge end of the control unit (5), with each wedge connected by one end to a stepped pipe with an outer thread with a smaller diameter, which cooperates with the internal thread on the nut (10) located on the side of the charge (8). Inside the control unit (5) from the charge side (8) there is a protective sleeve (4) with a disc at its end, in which there are holes for wedges. The disc contacts the tip of the swivel plates (6) on the discharge side. The protective sleeve (4) is located on the nut side (10).
