Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig.l przedstawia sofe trójosobowa w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- fotel w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.3 -stolik okolicznosciowy w widoku perspektywicznym. Sofa trójosobowa pokazana na fig.l ma przedni prostokatny oraz tylny prostokatny element skrzyni sofy, do których obu boków przylegaja oparcia boczne. Oparcia te w ksztalcie bryly o szerokosci przyslaniajacej obie boczne sciany skrzyni sofy, których dolne powierzchnie usytuowane sa w plaszczyznie dolnego dluzszego boku jej przedniego prostokatnego elementu na obu koncach zaopatrzone sa w nózki majace ksztalt splaszczonego prostopadloscianu. Stolik okolicznosciowy pokazany na fig.3 stanowi rama utworzona z czterech nóg, majacych w przekroju poprzecznym ksztalt prostokatny, których górne konce zwienczone sa ramiakami, równiez o prostokatnym przekroju poprzecznym, tak ze górne czola tych nóg i górne powierzchnie ramiaków usytuowane sa w jednej plaszczyznie, przy czym tak utworzona rama stolika przyslonieta jest od góry plycina z materialu przezroczystego. The new and individual character of the industrial design is reflected in the shape of its components. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a three-seater sofa in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - an armchair in a perspective view, Fig. 3 - a coffee table in a perspective view. The three-seater sofa shown in Fig. 1 has a front rectangular and a rear rectangular element of the sofa box, to both sides of which the side backrests are attached. These backrests are shaped like a solid with a width that covers both side walls of the sofa's box, with their lower surfaces located in the plane of the lower, longer side of its front rectangular element. At both ends, they are equipped with legs shaped like flattened cuboids. Furthermore, from a front view, these backrests have the shape of a figure formed by two opposing arcs: the outermost one, convex, and the inner one, concave. Their upper ends are connected by a convex arc, and the lower ends, a straight line. The width of this figure decreases towards the sofa's legs. Between the side backrests on the sofa's box and its front rectangular element, rest three-part seats, and on them, the three-part backrests are slightly tilted rearward and adjacent to the rear rectangular element of the sofa's box. Both the seats and backrests of the sofa, adjoining their inner sides and positioned on the same dividing lines, are shaped like thick cushions with a profile similar to rectangular panels with rounded edges and corners. The armchair shown in Fig. 2 has a front rectangular and a rear rectangular box element, each side of which is supported by side backrests. These backrests, in the shape of a solid, have a width that covers both side walls of the armchair box, and their lower surfaces are positioned in the plane of the longer side of the front rectangular element. At both ends, they are equipped with legs in the shape of flattened cuboids. Furthermore, similar to the sofa shown in Fig. 1, these backrests, when viewed from the front, have the shape of a figure formed by two opposing arcs: the outermost one, convex, and the inner one, concave. Their upper ends are connected by a convex arc, and the lower ones, a straight line. The width of this figure decreases towards the legs of the armchair. Between the side backrests, the seat rests on the armchair's frame and its front rectangular element. On top of this rests a backrest with a trapezoidal profile, slightly tilted rearward and adjacent to the rear rectangular element of the armchair's frame. Both the seat and backrest are shaped like thick cushions with a rectangular board profile and rounded edges and corners. The occasional table shown in Fig. 3 is a frame formed by four legs having a rectangular cross-section, the upper ends of which are topped with stiles, also of rectangular cross-section, so that the upper faces of these legs and the upper surfaces of the stiles are located in one plane, with the table frame thus formed being covered at the top by a panel of transparent material. Essential features of the industrial design: A set of lounge furniture consisting of a three-seater sofa and an armchair covered with upholstery material and a occasional table shown in Figs. 1-3 is characterized by the following: - the three-seater sofa has a front rectangular and a rear rectangular sofa box element, to each side of which the side backrests are attached. These backrests, shaped like a solid with a width that covers both side walls of the sofa box, have their lower surfaces located in the plane of the lower, longer side of its front rectangular element. At both ends, they are equipped with legs shaped like flattened cuboids. Furthermore, similarly to the sofa shown in Fig. 1, these backrests, in a front view, have the shape of a figure formed by two opposing arcs: the outermost one is convex and the inner one is concave, the upper ends of which are connected by a convex arc, and the lower ones by a straight line, with the width of the figure thus created decreasing towards the legs of the armchair. - Between the side backrests, on the armchair's case and its front rectangular element, rests the seat, and on it rests a backrest with a profile close to a trapezoid, slightly tilted rearward and adjacent to the rear rectangular element of the armchair's case. - Both the seats and backrests of the sofa, adjoining their inner sides and situated on the same dividing lines, have the shape of thick cushions with a profile close to that of rectangular boards with rounded edges and corners. - the occasional table is a frame made of four legs with a rectangular cross-section, the upper ends of which are topped with stiles, also with a rectangular cross-section, so that the upper faces of these legs and the upper surfaces of the stiles are situated in one plane, and the table frame thus formed is covered from above with a panel made of transparent material.
