The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the item, manifested in the arrangement of lines and shape, giving the design a new and original appearance. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations and photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the sofa in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the armchair in a perspective view, and Fig. 3 shows the lounge suite in general – the sofa and armchairs in a perspective view. The sofa has a wooden supporting structure equipped with a leather-upholstered storage container. Above the storage container is a shapely, leather-upholstered seat, slightly extended beyond the container in the front and connected to the leather-upholstered backrest by a ratchet lifting mechanism. The backrest features vertical stitching, creating characteristic recesses that divide the backrest into three distinct sections. Each upper backrest section features additional vertical, arched stitching, creating distinctive recesses that extend slightly higher than the middle of the backrest to the equally spaced, transverse rectangular stitching. The vertical side stitching on the backrest transitions into the stitching on the seat, creating a defined shape around the seat and backrest edges. On the sides of the seat are arched wooden armrests, shaped like an uneven arc with a rounded rectangular cross-section. A distinctive handrail is attached to the arch's highest point, while the entire arched side is attached to a wooden side with arched longitudinal edges and continues into the sofa's legs. The armchair also features a wooden structure with a seat that extends slightly beyond the wooden structure and is connected to the backrest. The entire armchair, both backrest and seat, are upholstered in leather. The backrest features vertical stitching creating characteristic recesses that extend slightly higher than halfway up the backrest to the equally spaced cross stitching, forming rectangles. Vertical side stitching from the backrest transitions into stitching on the seat, creating a defined seat shape. The side of the seat also features distinctive arched wooden armrests, shaped like an uneven arc with a rectangular cross-section and rounded edges. A distinctive handrail is attached to the highest point of the arch structure, and the entire arched side is attached to a wooden side with arched longitudinal edges and continues into the armchair's legs. The sofa and armchair feature a distinctive side connector with arched longitudinal edges at the bottom of the wooden structure, connected to a handrail that transitions into the legs. The sofa and armchair feature a fixed arched wooden armrest, shaped like an uneven arc with a rounded rectangular cross-section, with a distinctive wooden handrail attached at the highest point of the arch structure. - The backrest features vertical stitching that creates characteristic recesses, dividing the backrest into three distinct sections. - The upper section of the backrest features vertical stitching that creates recesses that extend slightly higher than halfway up the backrest to the equidistant transverse stitching that creates characteristic rectangles.
