Etykieta Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 1P.. grudnia 1999 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest etykieta. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac etykiety, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnej sza- cie graficznej i kolorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, na któ- rym fig. 1 przedstawia etykiete w widoku z przodu, a fig.2 - odmiane etykiety w wi- doku z przodu. Etykieta wedlug wzoru ma ksztalt prostokata w kolorze bialym, który od góry jest ograniczony czerwona gruba linia przerywana, ponizej której znajduje sie czer- wone pole, które od góry ograniczone jest linia eliptyczna, a od dolu linia falista, na którego tle znajduje sie napis wykonany bialymi literami. Ponizej czerwonego pola, nabialym tle znajduje sie napis wykonany wersalikami w kolorze granatowym, ulozony- mi wzdluz linii falistej, równoleglej do dolnego zarysu czerwonego pola, lub tez, w odmianie etykiety - wzdluz poziomej linii prostej. Od dolu prostokatna etykieta ograniczona jest czerwono-biala ciagla linia, nad która znajduje sie granatowe pole od góry ograniczone czerwona falista linia ciagla. Po prawej stronie etykiety, ponizej na- pisu wykonanego granatowymi wersalikami umieszczony jest rysunek granatowego kola, zachodzacego na falista czerwona linie, wewnatrz którego znajduje sie duzo mniejsze biale kólko, umieszczone w ten sposób, ze ich okregi stykaja sie ze soba, przy czym na tle granatowego kola znajduje sie bialy napis, a na tle bialego kólka znajduje sie napis czerwony. PL PL PLThe right to register an ornamental design is valid from 1 December 1999. The subject of the ornamental design is a label. The essence of the design is a new form of the label, manifesting itself in its original graphic design and color scheme. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the label from the front, and Fig. 2 - a variation of the label from the front. The label, according to the design, is a white rectangle, bounded at the top by a thick red dashed line, below which is a red field, bounded at the top by an elliptical line and at the bottom by a wavy line, against which an inscription in white letters appears. Below the red field, on a white background, is an inscription in navy blue capital letters, arranged along a wavy line parallel to the lower outline of the red field, or, in the label variant, along a horizontal straight line. At the bottom, the rectangular label is bordered by a solid red and white line, above which is a navy blue field bordered at the top by a solid red wavy line. On the right side of the label, below the inscription in navy blue capital letters, is an image of a navy blue circle overlapping the wavy red line. Inside the circle is a much smaller white circle, positioned so that their circles touch. White inscription appears against the navy blue circle, and red inscription appears against the white circle.
