ZESTAW MEBLI WYPOCZYNKOWYCH Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli wypoczynkowych skladajacy sie z nastepujacych mebli: fotela, kanapy dwuosobowej, kanapy trzyosobowej, naroznika. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowy, posiadajacy indywidualny charakter zestaw mebli przejawiajacy sie w charakterystycznych liniach, ksztalcie oraz konturach bryl poszczególnych mebli oraz dopasowanych stylistycznie nózek. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter przedmiotu wzoru przemyslowego w porównaniu do innych mebli, przejawia sie w formie oraz ksztalcie poszczególnych mebli, w zastosowaniu w nich charakterystycznych ksztaltów oraz stylistycznie dopasowanych, charakterystycznych nózek. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na którychfig. 1 i 2, przedstawia fotel (pierwsza odmiana wzoru), fig. 3 i 4 przedstawia kanape dwuosobowa (druga odmiana wzoru), fig. 5 i 6 przedstawia kanape trzyosobowa (trzecia odmiana wzoru), fig. 7 i 8 przedstawia naroznik (czwarta i piata odmiana wzoru). Wszelkie odmiany wzoru przedstawione sa na ilustracji zbiorczej. Zestaw mebli wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wykonany jest w róznych kolorach. Cechy istotne wzoru: Fotel wedlug wzoru przemyslowego sklada sie z masywnego oparcia w prostokatnym, zaoblonym ksztalcie, ozdobionego przeszyciami - dwoma poziomymi umieszczonymi posrodku oparcia oraz dwoma pionowymi biegnacymi od przeszyc poziomych do góry, rozchylajac sie na zewnatrz. Oparcie boczne mebla sklada sie z ramy oparcia w ksztalcie luku rozchylajacego sie na zewnatrz, do której przymocowana jest prostokatna poducha. Oparcie boczne mebla posiada dwa ozdobne przeszycia biegace od poduchy w dól, kierujac sie ku zewnatrz. Ksztalt poduchy podkreslony jest paskiem materialu wszytego od frontu podlokietnika a konczacego sie w miejscu zszycia czesci bocznej mebla, oparcia mebla oraz jego tylu - zgodnie z fig. 10. Siedzisko mebla sklada sie z poduchy wysunietej poza rame mebla, której dolna krawedz posiada ksztalt luku oraz ramy mebla. Poducha siedziska posiada na pionowej czesci ozdobne przeszycie wksztalcie luku. Nózki wzoru przemyslowego maja ksztalt dopasowanych krazków badz kwadratów - odpowiednio fig. 9 i fig. 10. Kanapa dwuosobowa posiada istotne cechy fotela oprócz oparcia, które sklada sie z dwóch poduch oraz ozdobnego przeszecia umieszczonego w linii styku poduch oparcia, biegnacego od poduchu siedziska poprzez rame mebla. Kanapa trzyosobowa posiada istotne cechy fotela oprócz oparcia, które sklada sie z trzech poduch oraz ozdobnego przeszecia umieszczonego w linii styku poduch oparcia, biegnacego od poduch siedziska poprzez rame mebla. The industrial design covers a lounge furniture set consisting of the following pieces: an armchair, a two-seater sofa, a three-seater sofa, and a corner sofa. The essence of the industrial design is a new, individually characterful set of furniture, manifested in the characteristic lines, shape, and contours of the individual pieces, and stylistically matching legs. The novelty and individual character of the industrial design compared to other furniture is evident in the form and shape of the individual pieces, the use of distinctive shapes, and the stylistically matching, distinctive legs. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached photographs, in which Fig. Figures 1 and 2 show an armchair (first design variation), figures 3 and 4 show a two-seater sofa (second design variation), figures 5 and 6 show a three-seater sofa (third design variation), and figures 7 and 8 show a corner sofa (fourth and fifth design variation). All design variations are presented in the collective illustration. The furniture set based on the industrial design is made in various colors. Key features of the design: The industrial design armchair consists of a massive rectangular, rounded backrest decorated with stitching – two horizontal stitches located in the center of the backrest and two vertical stitches running upward from the horizontal stitching, flaring outward. The side backrest consists of an arc-shaped backrest frame flaring outward, to which a rectangular cushion is attached. The side backrest of the furniture features two decorative stitching lines running down from the cushion, extending outward. The shape of the cushion is accentuated by a strip of fabric sewn into the front of the armrest, ending at the seams of the side section, backrest, and back – as shown in Fig. 10. The seat of the furniture consists of a cushion extending beyond the furniture frame, with its lower edge in the shape of an arc, and the furniture frame. The seat cushion features decorative arc-shaped stitching on the vertical section. The industrial-style legs are shaped like matching discs or squares – as shown in Fig. 9 and Fig. 10, respectively. The two-seater sofa has the essential features of an armchair, except for the backrest, which consists of two cushions and a decorative seam placed at the joint of the backrest cushions, running from the seat cushion through the furniture frame. A three-seater sofa has the essential features of an armchair, except for the backrest, which consists of three cushions and a decorative stitching placed where the backrest cushions meet, running from the seat cushions through the furniture frame. A corner sofa has the essential features of an armchair, except for the number of cushions that make up the backrest and the decorative stitching placed where the backrest cushions meet, running from the seat cushions through the furniture frame.
