The industrial design registration right is valid from May 5, 2006. The subject of the industrial design is a new and original set of lounge furniture. Recreation furniture sets are known for their distinct backrest with a headrest, a seat separated from the body, and armrests. The aesthetic effect is provided by the new form of the set's elements, through the original shape of the base, external surfaces, and interpenetration lines, as well as the incorporation of wood or metal parts into the body, and the shaping of the armrests. The manifestations of industrial design creativity that define the essence of the subject furniture design are fully demonstrated in the drawings, which constitute an integral part of the application and, together with the description of the furniture design, illustrate the features essential to the scope of the requested legal protection. The lounge set is shown in the drawings, which show: fig. 1 - a piece of furniture in the form of an armchair from the front, fig. 2 - a piece of furniture with a diagonal back with the backrest supported by the seat, fig. 3 - a piece of furniture in the form of a two-seater sofa, fig. 4 - a piece of furniture having a backrest connected to the support in a diagonal back view, fig. 5 - a piece of furniture in the form of a three-seater sofa, fig. 6 - a piece of furniture with a lowered armrest in a side view, fig. 7 - a piece of furniture in the form of a three-seater sofa with a lowered armrest, fig. 8 - a piece of furniture with a lowered armrest turning into a beam, fig. 9 - a piece of furniture with a lowered and shortened side element with a leg in a side view, fig. 10 - a piece of furniture with an arc-shaped beam in a side view. The essential features distinguishing all varieties of the lounge set are:- backrest 1 with headrest 2 in the form similar to a cushion and seat 3 are placed on a trapezoid-shaped body 8 9 with a rectangular recess for the seat 3, as shown in figs. 1, 3, 5 and 7;- armrest 4 connecting the upper part of the backrest 1 with the sloping side of the trapezoid 9 of the body 8, as shown in figs. 1, 3, 5 and 7;- beam 7 attached to the side of the seat 3 and support 5, as shown in all figures. In the individual varieties of the furniture, the essential features are: variety I - seat 3 turning into a wedge-shaped support 5 as shown in figs. 2 and 10; variety II - backrest 1 passing into support 5 as shown in figs. 4, 6, 8 and 9; variety III - armrest 4 passes in an arc into beam 7, as shown in fig. 8; variety IV - beam 7 at the back is ended with an arc, as shown in figs. 2 and 4; variety VI - armrest 4 from variety I ends below the upper edge of backrest 1, as shown in figs. 6, 7; variety VII - furniture in the form of a sofa, which preferably has a pull-out seat 3 with a so-called Belgian sleeping machine or a bedding container under the seat 3; variety VIII - beam 7 is shaped into an arc, as shown in fig. 10; variety IX - the armrest of variety III is provided with a leg in the rear part of beam 7, as shown in fig. 8; Variation X - a lowered armrest 4 in the upper part of a piece of furniture in the form of a sofa, as shown in Fig. 7. As shown in Figs. 1, 3, 5 and 7, the furniture has seats separated from the body 8. The body 8, with a shape close to a trapezoid, has a rectangular recess. The armrests 4 extend into the plane of the backrest 1 in an arc, preferably ending at the upper edge of the backrest 1. On the backrest 1, in the upper part, a headrest 2, shaped like a pillow, is placed, which are connected to each other. The legs 6 are made of wood or metal. The sofa furniture preferably has a movable seat 3 with a so-called Belgian sleeping machine hidden underneath or a bedding container under the seat 3. The upholstery is made of well-known upholstery materials, such as natural leather, non-woven fabrics, velvet, or a leather-like material, and the legs 6 are preferably metal. The furniture set elements, made in the form of a pattern and its variations, designated by claimed essential features, give the shapes of the set elements a unique and original appearance. The furniture set is made in various colors and upholstery and with different surface textures, with the photos showing the set with red leather upholstery. Essential features of the industrial design 1. A set of lounge furniture, characterized in that the backrest 1 with the headrest 2 in the form similar to a cushion and the seat 3 are placed on a body 8 of a shape close to a trapezoid 9 with a rectangular recess for the seat 3, as shown in fig. 1. 2. A set according to claim 1, characterized in that the armrest 4 connects the upper part of the backrest 1 with the oblique side of the trapezoid 9 of the body 8, as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3. 3. A set according to claim 2, characterized in that the seat 3 passes into a wedge-shaped support 5 as shown in fig. 2. 4. A set according to claim 2, characterized in that the backrest 1 turns into a support 5 as shown in fig. 4. 5. A set according to claim 2, 3 or 4, characterized in that a beam 7 is attached to the side of the seat 3 and the support 5 as shown in fig. 2, fig. 4 and fig. 9. 6.
