Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest urządzenie do suszenia zrębków i trocin, stosowane w procesie wytworzenia biopaliw, które zawiera: skrzynię (1), której górną część stanowi kosz zasypowy (2) w postaci prostopadłościennej skrzyni połączonej z ostrosłupem ściętym; połączoną z komorą suszarniczą (3) w postaci prostopadłościanu, która z kolei połączona jest z lejem transportowym (4) w postaci prostopadłościanu ściętego; na którego bocznej ścianie (5), komory suszarniczej (3), znajdują są dyfuzory (6), przy czym w dolnej części leja transportowego (4), umieszczony jest podajnik ślimakowy lub podajnik skrzydłowy oraz silnik elektryczny (9).The subject of the application is a device for drying wood chips and sawdust, used in the biofuel production process, which comprises: a box (1), the upper part of which is a hopper (2) in the form of a rectangular box connected to a truncated pyramid; connected to a drying chamber (3) in the form of a cuboid, which in turn is connected to a transport funnel (4) in the form of a truncated cuboid; on the side wall (5) of the drying chamber (3) there are diffusers (6), while in the lower part of the transport funnel (4) there is a screw feeder or a wing feeder and an electric motor (9).
