Abstract
Urządzenie do suszenia zrębków i trocin, stosowane zwłaszcza w procesie wytworzenia biopaliw, wyposażone jest w skrzynię (1), której górna część stanowi kosz zasypowy (2), połączony z komorą suszarniczą (3), która z kolei połączona jest z lejem transportowym (4). Na bocznej ścianie (5) komory suszarniczej (3) umieszczone są dyfuzory (6), do których dostarczany jest gaz suszący, przy czym kosz zasypowy (2) wykonany jest w postaci prostopadłościennej skrzyni, połączonej z ostrosłupem ściętym. Z kolei komora suszarnicza (3) wykonana jest w postaci prostopadłościanu, a lej transportowy (4) wykonany jest w postaci prostopadłościanu ściętego, przy czym w dolnej części leja transportowego (4), umieszczony jest podajnik ślimakowy lub podajnik skrzydłowy, napędzane silnikiem elektrycznym (9), sprzęgniętym z podajnikiem ślimakowym lub skrzydełkowym. Ponadto ściana boczna (5, 11) komory suszarniczej (3) wykonana jest w całości z blachy perforowanej. Z kolei dyfuzory (6) wykonane, są w postaci prostopadłościanów ściętych, w górnych podstawach których wykonane są otwory (10), służące do doprowadzenia gazów suszących do komory suszarniczej (3).The device for drying wood chips and sawdust, used especially in the production of biofuels, is equipped with a crate (1), the upper part of which is a hopper (2), connected to a drying chamber (3), which in turn is connected to a transport hopper (4 ). On the side wall (5) of the drying chamber (3) there are diffusers (6) to which drying gas is supplied, while the hopper (2) is made in the form of a rectangular box, connected to a truncated pyramid. In turn, the drying chamber (3) is made in the form of a cuboid, and the transport funnel (4) is made in the form of a truncated cuboid, with a screw feeder or wing feeder located in the lower part of the transport funnel (4), driven by an electric motor (9 ), coupled with a screw or wing feeder. In addition, the side wall (5, 11) of the drying chamber (3) is made entirely of perforated metal. In turn, diffusers (6) are made in the form of truncated cuboids, in the upper bases of which holes (10) are made, which are used to supply drying gases to the drying chamber (3).
