Abstract

Zespół prowadnicy płaszcza zwijanej bramy segmentowej, ma szynę prowadzącą składającą się z profilu zewnętrznego (1) i profilu wewnętrznego (2) połączonych ze sobą przekładkami termicznymi (3). Profil zewnętrzny (1) ma postać płytki o stopniowanej grubości, przy czym na pierwszej powierzchni szerokiej profilu zewnętrznego (1) są rozmieszczone kolejno, począwszy od jego pierwszego boku długiego, dwa biegnące wzdłuż gniazda (1a) części sprzęgających przekładek termicznych (3), gniazdo pierwsze (1b) uszczelki szczotkowej (4) i powierzchnia docisku uszczelki (1c) stanowiąca zakończenie drugiego z boków długich profilu zewnętrznego (1), na którym jest zamontowana uszczelka zewnętrzna (5) z wargą elastyczną skierowaną w stronę profilu wewnętrznego (2). Na drugiej powierzchni szerokiej profilu zewnętrznego (1) jest uformowane odsadzenie, w którym znajduje się otwarta komora (1d). Profil wewnętrzny (2) na pierwszej powierzchni szerokiej ma rozmieszczone kolejno, począwszy od jego pierwszego boku długiego, biegnące wzdłuż gniazda (2a) części sprzęgających przekładek termicznych (3) oraz gniazdo drugie uszczelki szczotkowej (4), przy czym na drugiej powierzchni szerokiej profilu wewnętrznego (2) jest uformowane gniazdo (2c) pod śruby mocujące uchwyty wiatrowe, które ma postać rowka teowego biegnącego równolegle do boku długiego profilu wewnętrznego (2), ponadto na drugim boku długim profil wewnętrzny (2) ma zamontowaną wargową uszczelkę wewnętrzną (6).The curtain guide assembly of a rolled sectional door has a guide rail consisting of an outer profile (1) and an inner profile (2) connected with each other by thermal breaks (3). The outer profile (1) is in the form of a plate of graded thickness, where on the first surface of the wide outer profile (1) are arranged successively, starting from its first long side, two coupling parts of thermal breaks (3) running along the socket (1a), the first (1b) of the brush seal (4) and the pressing surface of the seal (1c) ending the second of the long sides of the outer profile (1) on which the outer seal (5) is mounted with the flexible lip facing the inner profile (2). A shoulder in which an open chamber (1d) is located is formed on the second surface of the wide outer profile (1). The internal profile (2) on the first wide surface has successively arranged, starting from its first long side, running along the seat (2a) of the coupling parts of thermal breaks (3) and the second seat of the brush seal (4), while on the second wide surface of the internal profile (2) a socket (2c) is formed for the screws securing the wind handles, which has the form of a T-slot running parallel to the side of the long inner profile (2), moreover, on the other long side the inner profile (2) has an inner lip seal (6) mounted.
