Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest leżysko sprężynowo-piankowe znajdujące zastosowanie w szczególności w materacach tapicerowanych. Leżysko sprężynowo-piankowe składa się z warstwowo nałożonych na siebie warstw pianki poliuretanowej umieszczonych w pokrowcu z materiału włókienniczego. Łożysko to charakteryzuje się tym, że warstwa sprężysta leżyska składa się z przynajmniej dwóch bloków połączonych ze sobą nierozłącznie, gdzie blok dolny (1) stanowi formatka sprężynowa, natomiast blok górny (2) stanowią asymetrycznie rozmieszczone na długości leżyska elementy piankowe o różnej sztywności, naprzemiennie ułożone względem siebie, przy czym sztywność pianek usytuowanych w strefach B/D/F jest co najmniej dwukrotnie większa od sztywności pianek usytuowanych w strefach A/C/E/G.The subject of the application is a spring-foam bed, used in particular in upholstered mattresses.
